Tyler Boyd put up a respectable 58 receptions for 762 yards and five touchdowns in 16 games this season. However, there are times where he is the fourth option in this offense.
The veteran will be dealing with rookie cornerback Trent McDuffie (PFF Coverage Grade: 76.0) in the slot, so it could be a tough matchup against the Chiefs.
With that in mind, let’s get right into Tyler Boyd props for the AFC Championship Game.

Tyler Boyd Receptions Prop
Tyler Boyd: Under 3.5 Receptions (-160) at Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
We’re drinking the heavy juice on this one due to Boyd’s sporadic usage in this offense, as he has racked up only four catches on five targets in two playoff games so far.
If we look at his total production, he has gone Under this number in seven of his last 11 games.
There are times when Boyd is even out-targeted by tight end Hayden Hurst, so it’s unlikely that we’ll see the slot receiver get four or more receptions in this game.
While it’s pricey at -160 odds, it’s still worth playing given what we’ve seen from Boyd recently.

Tyler Boyd Receiving Yards Prop
Tyler Boyd: Under 33.5 Receiving Yards (-108) at Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
Boyd has a number of factors working against him with this prop. For one, he’s got a tough matchup against McDuffie in the slot. He is also sometimes the fourth or even fifth option in this Bengals offense.
To make matters worse, it’s not like Boyd is a big-play receiver, as he has averaged fewer than 11 yards per reception in seven of his last 10 games.
That means that Boyd will likely need a big play in order to hit the Over here, making the Under the prudent play.
