The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will hope to continue their momentum after the bye week. Tampa Bay won their last two games to get back to 5-5, but there is plenty to improve on heading into the second half of the season.

Cleveland has lost four of their last five, but has played one of the toughest schedules in football this season, including back-to-back matchups against the Dolphins and Bills.

With Jacoby Brissett leading the way due to the Deshaun Watson suspension, the Browns are 3-7 and likely out of the playoff hunt.

Buccaneers vs Browns Odds

The Bucs clearly have the more talented and complete roster. As a result, they’re a 3.5-point road favorite at FanDuel Sportsbook as of Tuesday, Nov. 22, at 12 p.m. ET.

The 43.5-point total shows me that the oddsmakers believe the Bucs’ offense will struggle against Cleveland’s solid defense, particularly the Browns’ strong front seven.

Take a look at the best Buccaneers odds and Browns odds for the 2022 NFL season.

Buccaneers vs Browns Implied Totals

Buccaneers 23, Browns 19.5

The oddsmakers are expecting the Bucs to go on the road and win a close game against the Browns. On paper, this matchup is poor for both offenses.

Buccaneers vs Browns Prediction

Buccaneers 24, Browns 13

The Tom Brady-led Bucs will be able to make it three straight wins on the road against Cleveland.

Tampa Bay has had plenty of issues this season, from their inability to run the ball to a veteran defense making rookie errors, but after two straight wins and a bye week, this team is ready for a run.

The run game looked improved in the win over the Seahawks, in part thanks to rookie Rashaad White getting a deeper look. He had a career-high 105 yards on 22 carries.

With veteran Leonard Fournette questionable with a hip injury, White will likely continue to see an increased role in this offense.

Cleveland has been one-dimensional on the offensive side of the ball and will continue to lean on Nick Chubb and the rushing attack. Chubb is fourth in the NFL with 923 yards and second with 11 touchdowns.

The Bucs front seven across the last four years has been one of the best in the league, but has had its share of problems this season.

Tampa Bay is allowing 115.3 yards rushing per game, but is sixth in points allowed, surrendering 18 points per game.

With the extra week to prepare, the Bucs will come out focused and slow down Chubb and the Cleveland offense.

  • Cleveland is 1-6 straight up in their last seven games.
  • Tampa Bay is 1-6-1 ATS in their last eight games.

Buccaneers vs Browns Best Bets

Buccaneers -3.5 (-110) at FanDuel Sportsbook

Tampa Bay could likely win the NFC South with their eyes closed this season, but even so, it’s time for this team to turn the corner.

They have too talented a roster to stay down long, and after back-to-back wins, they should be able to build on that momentum to pick up a win on the road.

Under 43.5 Total Points (-110) at BetMGM Sportsbook

The Bucs’ offensive line has struggled this year and will have plenty of trouble blocking Myles Garrett and the Browns’ front four.

The Browns’ one-dimensional offense will struggle to get anything going against a solid Bucs front seven, but their commitment to the run should keep the clock ticking as they attempt to keep Brady off the field.

Even if Nick Chubb breaks off a long run or two, or Brady has a better game, neither will have extended success in this game.
