The New England Patriots will take on the Minnesota Vikings this Thursday, Nov. 24, at 8:20 p.m. ET to cap off the NFL’s Thanksgiving Day slate.
These teams haven’t played each other since 2018, and this will be just the 14th meeting all-time. They’re also coming into this one under different circumstances: New England has an uphill battle to reach the playoffs, while Minnesota holds a comfortable lead in its division.

Patriots vs Vikings Odds
As of Monday, Nov. 21, at 2 p.m. ET, the Vikings are listed as three-point favorites over the Patriots at FanDuel Sportsbook. Given the talent disparity and Minnesota’s home-field advantage, it’s no surprise they’re favored in this spot.
Patriots vs Vikings Implied Totals
Vikings 22.25, Patriots 19.25
The total is set at 41.5 points, which indicates that this should be a lower-scoring game. These NFL Thanksgiving odds have the Vikings coming away with a narrow victory by a field goal.

Patriots vs Vikings Prediction
Vikings 20, Patriots 14
The Vikings are undoubtedly a good team, but it’s hard to ignore the fact that they’ve won just one game by more than one score this season. An impressive win over the Buffalo Bills speaks for itself, but their 40-3 blowout loss to the Dallas Cowboys last week is hard to ignore.
Despite their struggles on offense, the Patriots have a stout defense, allowing the sixth-fewest points per game in the league. They’ve also generated 11 interceptions on the year and allow just 5.2 net yards per pass attempt. New England’s secondary is quite strong.
With that said, the Vikings have some dangerous weapons on their side. Justin Jefferson is hauling in 109.3 receiving yards per game, Adam Thielen has scored a couple of touchdowns, and the addition of T.J. Hockenson gives this versatile attack a real scoring threat at tight end.
I’m expecting a narrow victory for the Vikings here, even if they do manage to cover the spread.

Patriots vs Vikings Best Bets
Vikings -3 (-110) at FanDuel Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
Despite falling flat on their faces this past weekend, I’m confident that this Vikings offense can score enough points to cover a modest three-point spread at home against the Patriots.

Under 41.5 Points (-110) at FanDuel
WAGER: 1 Unit
I have the Under hitting by more than seven points, so I would advise betting the Under down to 38.5 points before you get cold feet.
