How the TwinSpires NFL Same Game Combo Promo Works

Unlocking the TwinSpires NFL Same Game Combo offer is easy — just follow these steps:

  1. your account at TwinSpires Sportsbook.
  2. Opt into the NFL Same Game Combo promotion on the TwinSpires promotions page.
  3. Place an NFL Same Game Combo wager of $25+ with minimum odds of -150 (i.e. -110 or +150).
  4. Within 72 hours after placing your SGC, you will receive your $10 Live Free Bet.
  5. Live Free Bet must be used on any in-play market within 7 days or it will be forfeited.

NFL Same Game Combo bets must be placed with cash funds to be eligible for this promotion. Wagers made using free bets and cancelled, voided, or cashed out bets are not eligible to receive the $10 Live Free Bet.

Players may claim this offer up to three times per week. However, only your first Same Game Combo per NFL game will be eligible to receive a Live Free Bet.

Also, if you place four or more eligible Same Game Combos on NFL action, only your first three eligible bets will count towards this promotion.

Free Bets must be used within 7 days or they will be forfeited. The value of your Free Bet (i.e. your stake) will not be included in any winnings you may accrue.
