Marcus Mosher’s Best Bets NFL Betting Record: 43-33

San Francisco 49ers vs Cincinnati Bengals Prediction

Both the 49ers and the Bengals are coming off losses in Week 13 and need to get wins in order to secure their spots in the wild card race. However, Joe Burrow‘s status for this game is in question after hurting his hand against the Chargers last week.

With the pass rush of the 49ers being among the best in the NFL, this could be a really rough day for the Bengals and their offense. Expect this to be a close game throughout, but for the offensive and defensive line for the 49ers to take over.

49ers vs Bengals Prediction: 49ers 27, Bengals 24

49ers vs Bengals Best Bet: 49ers +1.5 (-118) at TwinSpires

The 49ers aren’t quite the same on offense without Deebo Samuel, who may miss this game due to a groin injury. However, they still have enough weapons on offense to win this game.

It’s not going to be a blowout for either side, but look for the 49ers to ultimately get a win here and cover the small spread in this contest.

49ers vs Bengals Best Bet: Over 47.5 (-109) at TwinSpires

Both offenses can score 30 or more points in any given week because they can maintain balance on offense. With the Bengals running the ball better now than ever, they should have no problem scoring in the mid-20s in this game.

Take the Over 47.5 and expect a ton of points scored in this contest.

Seattle Seahawks vs Houston Texans Prediction

It took a few weeks, but Russell Wilson finally looks like himself once again. He completed over 81 percent of his passes against the 49ers, and the offense generated 30 points for the first time since Week 2.

This week, they’ll take on one of the league’s worst defenses in the Houston Texans. This game likely won’t be close at all despite both teams having similar records.

Look for the Seahawks to get a win here and for this game to get ugly quickly.

Seahawks vs Texans Prediction: Seahawks 27, Texans 13

Seahawks vs Texans Best Bet: Seahawks -7 (-115) at TwinSpires

It’s really hard to envision the Texans keeping this game close. They have the league’s worst-ranked offense and the No. 30 ranked defense. Houston also has point differential of -159 this season, and it’s only gotten worse over the last few weeks.

Meanwhile, the Seahawks have at least looked competent with Wilson back under center, and the offense is starting to gain more momentum.

Look for this to be a double-digit win by the Seahawks on the road in Houston.

Seahawks vs Texans Best Bet: Under 41.5 (-108) at TwinSpires

Seattle’s defense has been surprisingly good this season, allowing just under 21 points per game. Meanwhile, Houston’s offense ranks No. 32 in the league, scoring less than 14 points per game.

After Tyrod Taylor was benched in Week 13, look for Davis Mills to get the start in this one. Given his struggles to put points on the board, the Under should be a near-lock.

Buffalo Bills vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers Prediction

The Bills are one of the most frustrating teams in the NFL this season. While they are clearly talented, they haven’t been able to string together many wins in a row.

A big reason why is due to their offense, which has been far from consistent. Now, they face the Buccaneers in a game they need to win to stay alive in the AFC East.

However, Tampa Bay has played really well over the last few weeks and is starting to get in rhythm. Tom Brady might just be the NFL MVP, and the offense is finally getting healthy. The Bucs have now scored at least 30 points in three straight games and are averaging 31.4 points per game on the season.

As much as the Bills need this game, Brady and the Buccaneers should be able to take care of business at home with Buffalo coming off a short week.

Bills vs Buccaneers Prediction: Buccaneers 31, Bills 24

Bills vs Buccaneers Best Bet: Buccaneers -3.5 (-103) at TwinSpires

It’s actually quite surprising that this line is only set at 3.5 points. The Bills have struggled against good teams this season, with losses coming to the Steelers, Titans, Colts, and Patriots, to name a few.

Tampa Bay has the firepower on offense to score into the 30s against the Bills, especially without Tre’Davious White (torn ACL) in the lineup.

Buffalo just doesn’t match up well against Tampa Bay, and the Buccaneers should be able to win this game by a touchdown or more.

Bills vs Buccaneers Best Bet: Over 52.5 (-109) at TwinSpires

Josh Allen usually plays well in good weather, but so does Tom Brady. Do the Bills have enough firepower on offense to score into the upper 20s, low 30s against the Buccaneers? You bet.

This game has all the makings of a shootout. Both teams rank inside the top-five in points per game this season.
