We are entering the final month (or so) of the 2021 season and Week 13 promises to be one of the best weeks yet. There are several huge divisional games with playoff implications and several other meaningful contests on the docket.
To get you prepared for the week ahead, here are our best bets and picks for Week 13 of the NFL season. Please note that all NFL Week 13 odds and lines are current as of 11:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, November 30.

San Francisco 49ers vs. Seattle Seahawks Prediction
After a rough start to the season, the 49ers are right back in playoff contention in the NFC. In fact, if the season ended today, they would be the No. 5 seed in the NFC and would face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Round 1 of the playoffs.
But in order to lock down that spot in the playoffs, they need to continue to win games. Up next are the Seahawks in Seattle. With the offense playing better for the 49ers, this is a game they should win. They haven’t had a ton of success in Seattle over the years, but they are just a better team heading into Week 13.

49ers vs. Seahawks Best Bet: 49ers -2.5 (-110) on TwinSpires
If the 49ers do win this game, it’s likely to be by more than a field goal. They have one of the league’s best and most reliable kickers in Robbie Gould and that will likely make a big difference in this contest. Take the 49ers to win and cover in this NFC West battle on Sunday.
49ers vs. Seahawks Best Bet: Under 46.5 (-110) on TwinSpires
Nick Bosa currently leads the NFL in tackles for a loss and he could have another big performance on Sunday against the shaky offensive line of the Seahawks. To mitigate the pass rush by both teams, expect a ton of carries and rushing yards in this contest. Points are going to come at a premium and that’s why the Under is a good bet here.

Los Angeles Chargers vs. Cincinnati Bengals Prediction
It’s tough to get a read on the Chargers. Some weeks, they look like the best team in the AFC. In other weeks, their offense struggles to score any points.
They have a big test on their hands in Week 13 as they will be traveling across the country to play the Bengals in the early-afternoon time slot. Both the Bengals and the Chargers are coming off games in which they each scored 41 points against the Steelers and they each hope that their second-year quarterback can lead them to the playoffs.
The Bengals are the more balanced team and they are at home for the second-straight week. Expect this game to be close, but for the Bengals to ultimately get their eighth win of the season.

Chargers vs. Bengals Best Bet: Bengals -2.5 (-121) on TwinSpires
The Bengals are just 3-2 at home this season, but those two losses have come against the Packers and Browns. They typically know how to keep games close at home and their crowd has been getting louder by the week. If the Bengals do win this game, as expected, it will likely be by more than a field goal. There is just too much value here to pass on taking the Bengals in Week 13.
Chargers vs. Bengals Best Bet: Over 50.5 (-109) on TwinSpires
The Bengals are running the ball incredibly well right now as Joe Mixon has put together back-to-back games over 130 yards rushing. They’ll now take on the Chargers, who just so happen to have the league’s worst run defense. With how good both offenses can be, look for the points to be coming in early and often in this game. Don’t even be surprised if both teams score into the 30s on Sunday afternoon.

New York Giants vs. Miami Dolphins Prediction
The Giants fired offensive coordinator Jason Garrett last week, but it did not help their offense. They managed to score just 13 points at home, which was somehow enough to beat the Eagles. They’ll have a much more difficult challenge this week as they will head to Miami to take on the Dolphins.
Miami has been lights-out over the last few weeks as their defense is finally starting to come alive.
Giants vs. Dolphins Prediction: Dolphins 24, Giants 20

Giants vs. Dolphins Best Bet: Dolphins -2.5 (-117) on TwinSpires
Miami’s defense has been outstanding over the last few weeks, allowing a total of 46 points in their last four games. Against the Giants, who are struggling on offense, this is a game the Dolphins should win. They are at home and their quarterback is playing better, so a lot is going in their favor. Take the Dolphins here as they should win and cover in Week 13.
Giants vs. Dolphins Best Bet: Over 42 (-112) on TwinSpires
Since Tua Tagovailoa has returned to the starting lineup, the offense has been better for the Dolphins. Are they a great unit? No. But they can score 24 points in any given week. Look for Miami to score between 23-27 points on Sunday, which should be enough for the Over to hit in Miami.
