GENERAL: In these Official Rules, “you” or “your” or “entrant” means the person who has entered this Sweepstakes. By entering in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by: (i) the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules; and (ii) any and all decisions of Sponsor in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to permanently disqualify any entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: This Sweepstakes begins at 3:00PM EST on 9/1/22 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 10/1//22 as shown in the Determination of Winners section below (the “Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: To enter this Sweepstakes, complete the form at https://thegameday.com/giveaway/. The odds of winning depend on the total number of qualifying entrants. Online entries must be completed and received within the Entry Period for each prize, as shown in the Determination of Winners section below to be considered for Sweepstakes. If any of the information you provide is inaccurate, you will be excluded from this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries deemed untruthful in its sole discretion. Only one entry may be submitted per person. All additional entries submitted by a single entrant in a day are void. In the event of a dispute concerning entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email address, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by The Game Day, via Horizon Media Ltd.(“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are 21 years of age or older and open to legal residents of the United States. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, their immediate families, and household members (whether related or not), of Sponsor, or Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising agencies (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”) are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: During the Promotion Period, sign up for the sweepstakes with the above mentioned link(s) and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration. You then will receive 1 entry into the Fantasy Dream Team giveaway. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Limit: 1 Sweepstakes entry per duration of the contest.: The Sponsor will make the random selection of the winners at the conclusion of the sweepstakes making this decision final and binding. Sponsor will select the names of the first prize winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period for the prize(s). Prize Winners will be notified via email, telephone or direct message on Instagram and must reply to the notification within seven (7) days, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Each winning entry will be confirmed by appropriate employees of Sponsor whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes to a Prize Winner’s email address or other information which may interfere with winner notification. To qualify for a Prize, a Prize Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Consent to Publicity, Liability Waiver, and federal and state tax release, all of which must be executed and returned within seven days of the issuance of notification or such other date set forth in the notification by Sponsor. Failure to comply with all instructions in a Prize notification, or if a Prize is not claimed within seven (7) days after Prize notification, or is returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the entry and the selection of an alternate Prize Winner.

PRIZE TERMS: Sponsor will strive to deliver prize within eight (8) weeks of official winner announcement. Any federal, state, and local taxes and any duties on a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or transfer of Prize will be offered or permitted. If a Prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the sole right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Redemption of all Prizes is subject to all standard terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to Sponsor on the day of issuance.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: An eligible entrant must enter by completing the entry procedures as described in these Official Rules. All entries submitted that are not in compliance with these Official Rules are void. Incomplete entries are void, including any inappropriate, incomplete or duplicative entries. Neither Sponsor, nor Sponsor Affiliates, assumes any responsibility for late, lost, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries. Any entrant that provides materially false information shall be disqualified. By entering, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By submitting any information or content to Sponsor Affiliates, you represent that you have the full legal right to provide such information and that use of the information by Sponsor Affiliates will not (a) infringe any intellectual property rights of any person or entity or any rights of publicity, personality, or privacy of any person or entity; (b) violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation; or (c) constitute disclosure of any confidential information owned by any third party.

RELEASE: By entering this Sweepstakes, you hereby certify that you have complied with all the rules of this Sweepstakes and that you have committed no fraud or deception in entering this Sweepstakes or in claiming any Prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes.

THE SPONSOR PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOST REVENUES OR LOST PROFITS, WHICH MAY OR DOES RESULT FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE REMEDIES OTHERWISE AVAILABLE FAIL OF THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION: Although the Sweepstakes may be featured on Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform, the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or association with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform and you agree that Facebook, Instagram and any other social media platform are not liable in any way for any claims, damages or losses associated with the Sweepstakes.

MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor Parties are not responsible or liable for any events beyond their control, which may cause this Sweepstakes to be stopped, including any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, nor are they responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, filtering or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, insufficient space in an entrant’s account to receive messages or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this giveaway or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, typographical errors, technical failures, fraud, low participation, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor Parties that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes. Sponsor Parties reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes and all matters, issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, Prize Winners, and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey. You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration in a location selected solely by Sponsor.
