Avalanche vs Oilers Same Game Parlay for Game 4 | Best Western Conference Final 2024 Parlay Bets

Last Updated: Feb 15, 2023

The Western Conference final will end Monday if the Colorado Avalanche defeat the Edmonton Oilers in Game 4.

The Avalanche have dominated the first three games, outscoring Edmonton 16-8. Colorado pushed Edmonton to the brink of elimination with a 4-2 win in Game 3.

Here’s a look at a couple of our preferred parlays for Game 4.

All Stanley Cup Playoff odds are provided by BetMGM Sportsbook and are current as of Sunday, June 5, at 2 p.m. ET.

Avalanche vs Oilers Game 4 Best Parlay

Best Same-Game Parlay (+200)

  • Avalanche Moneyline
  • Over 5.5 Goals
  • Avalanche Score Last

WAGER: 1 Unit

This SGP would’ve hit in two of the first three games, since the Avalanche have tacked on empty-netters twice. The only reason it wouldn’t have hit in Game 2 is Edmonton didn’t score at all.

The only real question mark with this parlay is if Colorado can cap the sweep, and if you read my Avalanche vs Oilers Game 4 preview, you know I think the Avs will take care of business and remain undefeated on the road in the playoffs.

Avalanche vs Oilers Game 4 Longshot Parlay

Longshot Same-Game Parlay (+525)

  • Avalanche -2.5
  • Avalanche Score Last
  • Under 7.5 Goals

WAGER: 0.5 Units

This parlay essentially banks on a 5-2 finish with Colorado scoring at least one empty-net goal.

However, if the Avalanche can again keep the Oilers in check — which seems plausible given the one-game suspension to the NHL’s leading playoff goal scorer Evander Kane — and tack on multiple empty-net goals, this would hit.

This parlay would’ve hit in Game 2, when Colorado goalie Pavel Francouz shut out the Oilers 4-0. If you read my game prediction, you know I think Colorado will score at least one empty-net goal in Game 4.

For that fact alone, this parlay is worth a sprinkle.

PREVIOUSLY: Avalanche vs Oilers Game 3 Parlays

The conference finals are perfect for same-game parlay betting.

The Western Conference final shifting to Edmonton means there’s a whole slew of parlay options for Game 3 on Saturday night at Rogers Place.

Here’s a look at a couple of our favorites.

All Stanley Cup Playoff odds are provided by BetMGM Sportsbook and are current as of Friday June 3, at 1 p.m. ET.

Avalanche vs Oilers Game 3 Best Parlay

Best Same-Game Parlay (+210)

  • Oilers Moneyline
  • Over 5.5 Goals
  • Avalanche: Under 4.5 Goals

WAGER: 1 Unit

The Avalanche are averaging more than four goals per game on the road, but Edmonton is surrendering about two goals per game at home during the playoffs.

If you read our Avalanche vs Oilers prediction, you know we expect Oilers captain Connor McDavid to take over in Game 3, particularly given the Oilers’ no-show performance in their 4-0 loss in Game 2.

Simply, Edmonton will not win if it allows five-or-more in Game 3, but it could win 4-3 or 5-4. Either total would activate this parlay.

Avalanche vs Oilers Game 3 Longshot Parlay

Longshot Same-Game Parlay (+500)

  • Oilers Moneyline
  • Oilers Score First
  • Over 2.5 Goals For Each Team

WAGER: 0.5 Units

We picked the score in Game 3 to 5-3. If you’re feeling daring and want to take the Oilers to cover the puck line, the odds for this jump to +900.

The Avalanche may be due a road clunker, but they haven’t lost any playoff game by more than a goal, which is why we went with Edmonton in the moneyline.

A 4-3 Oilers win, where Edmonton obviously scores first, would make this parlay — and the one above — hit.

PREVIOUSLY: Avalanche vs Oilers Game 2 Parlays

The NHL’s Final Four is upon us, which means there’s only one game per night.

Yet, one game per night is the perfect format for a same-game parlay, and the Western Conference final between the Colorado Avalanche and Edmonton Oilers seems tailor-made for that type of betting.

Here’s a look at a couple of parlays to consider for Game 2.

All Stanley Cup Playoff odds are provided by BetMGM Sportsbook and are current as of Wednesday, June 1, at 1 p.m. ET.

Avalanche vs Oilers Game 2 Best Parlay

Best Same-Game Parlay (+300)

  • Avalanche To Win From Behind
  • Over 5.5 Goals

WAGER: 1 Unit

This parlay would have hit in Game 1 since the Oilers actually scored first. Edmonton wouldn’t need to score first again but would need to have the lead at any point during Game 2, which is certainly a possibility given the seesaw nature of the series.

We’re sure there’ll be at least six goals in Game 2. If you want to make the alternate total 6.5 goals, the odds jump slightly to (+333).

Avalanche vs Oilers Game 2 Longshot Parlay

Longshot Same-Game Parlay (+950)

  • Avalanche Moneyline
  • Over 6.5 Goals
  • Overtime Played - Yes

WAGER: 0.5 Units

If you’re looking to live a little dangerously, tease down the Over/Under by just half a goal, the line set is 7, and add overtime to be played. We picked this game to end in extra time, and Colorado is 2-1 in OT games in these playoffs.

Remember, this is a long-shot parlay with very long odds, akin to a lottery ticket. But we still like it.

PREVIOUSLY: Avalanche vs Oilers Game 1 Parlays

The NHL’s Final Four is upon us, which means there’s only one game per night.

Yet, one game per night is the perfect format for a same-game parlay. We’re going to take a look at some of the best for what should be an extremely entertaining Western Conference final series between the Edmonton Oilers and Colorado Avalanche that starts Tuesday in Denver.

All Stanley Cup Playoff odds are provided by BetMGM Sportsbook and are current as of Tuesday, May 31, at 11 a.m. ET.

Avalanche vs Oilers Game 1 Best Parlay

Best Same-Game Parlay (+280)

  • Avalanche Moneyline
  • Avalanche Score First
  • Nathan MacKinnon Anytime Goalscorer

WAGER: 1 Unit

We expect the Avalanche to take control of the series from the outset, and we also expect Nathan MacKinnon, the Conn Smythe favorite at (+350), to put his stamp on the series from the outset.

Edmonton is 0-2 in Game 1’s and has allowed the first goal in each first game this postseason. Colorado is 2-0 in Game 1’s and as the Cup favorite all season, and a heavy favorite to win this series, should come out firing in the opener.

The only question is if MacKinnon will get on the board, but we like this as the NHL bet of the day.

Avalanche vs Oilers Game 1 Longshot Parlay

Longshot Same-Game Parlay (+1150)

  • Nathan MacKinnon First Goal Scorer
  • Avalanche -1.5 Puck Line

WAGER: 0.5 Units

As stated above, we think MacKinnon will score at some point in Game 1. It would be fitting if he scored the first goal. Also, we think Colorado will play with urgency and exert its dominance on Edmonton in the first game.

The odds alone show just how tough this parlay will be to hit. But if you’re feeling lucky, this is the one we like.
