The Steelers come into this one as losers of six of their last seven, while the Saints are 3-6 after losing their Monday Night matchup against the Baltimore Ravens.

Saints vs Steelers Prediction
Saints 20, Steelers 17
One major positive that the Steelers have going their way is the prospective return of T.J. Watt. The reigning Defensive Player of the Year is finally due back after suffering an injury back in Week 1, and his presence should help boost a Pittsburgh defense that ranks 23rd in points allowed per game.
With that said, Watt can only do so much, and the offense is the larger concern for the Steelers. Pittsburgh is scoring a mere 15 points per game this season, and the play-calling from Matt Canada has been questionable at best.
On the other hand, the Saints rank eighth in scoring offense, with their most recent wins coming over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 5 and the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 8. Andy Dalton has been surprisingly productive at quarterback, including a four-touchdown outing in Week 7.
With Watt back in the fold, Pittsburgh’s defense should begin to return to form and generate a handful of sacks and turnovers. It remains to be seen whether the more favorable field position helps this offense score the football, but I’m hesitant to fully believe in this unit.

Saints vs Steelers Best Bets
Saints -2.5 (-110) at FanDuel Sportsbook
The Steelers are in rough shape right now. The offense is horrendous, and this Saints defense ranks well against the pass. Until Pittsburgh figures out how to score again, bettors should continue to fade them.
