The Tennessee Titans have been a makeshift offense for what feels like an eternity. Still, though, they manage to stay in the AFC playoff hunt, even after dropping a game to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
On the other side, the San Francisco 49ers have one of the best playmakers in the league this year in Deebo Samuel and should have running back Elijah Mitchell back for this one.
With the 49ers ascending and the Titans hoping to stay above water, let’s look at some props for this game.

49ers vs Titans Prop Bets: NFL Week 16 Prop Betting Picks
Winning Margin: 49ers 1-6 (+285) at Caesars
Heading into this game, the 49ers are currently a 3.5 point road favorite. Even after an embarrassing loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Titans should cover here but still lose the football game.
Ryan Tannehill has played excellent ball this year, ranking 11th in passing on quarterbacks with at least 100 dropbacks, according to Pro Football Focus.
The problem for Tannehill is that there is essentially no solid talent alongside him other than wide receiver Julio Jones, who has been hurt throughout the season and has just 37 targets. However, the 49ers don’t exactly have the scariest coverage unit.
Jones should see plenty of Josh Norman in this one, while the other cornerback opposite him is looking like it will be Ambry Thomas, who has started the past two weeks and has given up at least 81 yards passing and a touchdown in each contest.
Those games were against the Cincinnati Bengals and the Atlanta Falcons.
The Titans will do enough to stay in this one and cover, especially with that hook, but will ultimately lose.

Total Punts: Under 8.5 (-110) at Caesars
To me, 8.5 punts feel like a lot. Both offenses should be able to move the ball decently against each team’s defense. We went over the top two cornerbacks the 49ers will deploy, and the 49ers have a dynamic offense with too many weapons to throw at the Titans’ defense.
The Titans have been solid of defense this year. The coverage unit with Kristian Fulton, Buster Skrine filling in, and Amani Hooker and Kevin Byard on the back-end have been fine players.
This still offers enough value in a game that is likely counting on the Titans’ lack of offensive weapons to be the leading factor in going over on this punt total, but it won’t happen.
With Mitchell perhaps back in the lineup, the 49ers may only need to punt a couple of times, if that, and the Titans will not need to punt that much. If they do, it will likely be a double-digit loss.
Most Touchdowns: 49ers (-190) at Caesars
The Titans should be able to keep this game close, but again, the 49ers’ offense is loaded with weapons.
Not only does San Francisco have a running game that is looking to be more plug-and-play after Jeff Wilson finally got it going in Week 15, but they have wide receivers Deebo Samuel and the now-emerging (once again) Brandon Aiyuk, and finally, tight end George Kittle.
The Titans will keep it close and chip away at the score, while the 49ers may not kick many field goals in this one.
