2021 Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire Week 10: Top Pickups
Anfernee Simons, PG/SG, Portland Trail Blazers (48% Rostered)
With C.J. McCollum (lung) out for at least one more week along with possible limitations upon return, Anfernee Simons looks like a solid fantasy producer for the meantime.
Simons missed a week recently due to an ankle injury but has stepped up over his past three games with two 20+ point performances and 11 total three-pointers while exceeding 29 minutes per game.
Simons averages roughly two rebounds and assists per game and doesn’t do much else besides score, but he is good at keeping possession. With just two turnovers over his past three games, Simons could be one of the few score-first fantasy options worth rostering.

Dewayne Dedmon, C, Miami Heat (41% Rostered)
Dewayne Dedmon isn’t a “sexy" fantasy addition, but the man does produce. With Bam Adebayo (thumb) out for possibly the next month, Dedmon will remain the starting center in Miami.
He has had some tumultuous performances as a starter since Adebayo went down, though it can be explained by matchups like the Milwaukee Bucks which force traditional big men off the court thanks to Giannis Antetokuonmpo.
Dedmon’s averaging 9.0 points, 9.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.6 stocks while shooting 56% from the field and hitting 6 total threes in Adebayo’s absence (eight games).

2021 Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire Week 10: Best Players To Stash
Miles McBride, PG, New York Knicks (3% Rostered)
Miles “Deuce" McBride broke out for the Knicks this week thanks to COVID and a mid-game injury.
While his “breakout" performance on Thursday may have come against a lowly Houston Rockets team, McBride stuffed the stat sheet with 9 assists, 3 rebounds, 4 steals, and 2 threes. He also didn’t turn the ball over and scored 15 points.
While it’s unlikely that McBride sustains this output, Immanuel Quickley (COVID) is now out of commission until he tests negative. McBride could thus see a consistent bit of minutes for at least the next week to continue proving himself.

Saben Lee, PG, Detroit Pistons (7% Rostered)
With the Pistons’ lack of depth and atrocious guard play behind Cade Cunningham, reinforcements were needed and Lee has provided somewhat of a spark. Over his last six games, the 22-year-old is averaging 9.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 2.2 (!) steals while shooting 42% from the field and averaging one three per game.
Lee can lose his spot at any moment if he struggles and his upside is not plentiful, but this recent stretch should earn him some leeway to show if he can carry over his work from the G-League.

2021 Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire Week 10: One-Week Streamer Plays
Eric Gordon, PG/SG, Houston Rockets (36% Rostered)
Eric Gordon‘s name has swirled around the rumor mill as the Rockets are clear sellers who do not need an old shooting guard on a three-year deal worth tens of millions. While he’s not bad, Gordon takes away minutes and usage from younger players who need the reps.
Gordon could be traded any day, but Houston has three games coming up in the first four days of Week 10. That’s a worthy stream, especially since you can drop him with ease midway through the week for another streamer.

Kenrich Williams, SF/PF, Oklahoma City Thunder (2% Rostered)
Kenrich Williams is not the most familiar/recognizable name in basketball, but he can play. Over his last six games, Williams is averaging 23.4 minutes, 8.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.7 threes.
Those numbers are worth streaming in his upcoming four-game week, as OKC is one of the few teams with four games on the schedule next week.
