Even though the title has been decided, there is still a lot on the line for several clubs on the final Premier League weekend of the season.
This week’s Premier League schedule includes games that will decide the final relegation spot between Tottenham and West Ham, as well as decide the European spots for next season.
Here are my Premier League predictions for three games that matter on the final day of the season.
Premier League Predictions: Matchweek 38

West Ham ML (-115) vs Leeds United
For the Hammers, it all comes down to this: West Ham needs three points on Sunday to have any chance of staying up.
They’ve been outscored 7-1 on their current three-game losing streak, so momentum is surely not on West Ham’s side at the moment.

But the Hammers will have the benefit of playing at home against a Leeds side that’s likely to be missing a handful of key players due to injury, including second-leading scorer Noah Okafor.
A short-handed Leeds side that’s already safe from relegation may not be able to match West Ham’s intensity and desperation, giving the Hammers a path to victory.
Tottenham vs Everton: Over 2.5 Goals (-130)
If West Ham wins, Tottenham will need a result, and given the pressure and all that’s at stake, the result of this game is too difficult to predict.
However, what I know is that each of the last five head-to-head games between these teams has ended with at least three goals.
It’s also worth noting that there have been at least three total goals in each of Everton’s last seven games.
With everything that’s on the line for Tottenham and the nerves that both players and fans will be feeling, this figures to be a wide-open, high-scoring contest, making over 2.5 goals scored in this game my soccer bet of the day.
Sunderland ML (+255) vs Chelsea
With a win and some outside help, Sunderland can climb as high as seventh in the table to secure a European spot, which would be a massive accomplishment for a newly-promoted club.
While the Black Cats have had some mixed results late in the season, they are fresh off a home draw against Manchester United and last week’s 3-1 over Everton.

They’ve also been tough to beat at home this season and will be motivated to finish the season strong.
Meanwhile, Chelsea has gained just one point and scored just one goal in its last three Premier League road games, making the Blues a good team to fade in the season finale.
