Monday Night Football Prediction Week 6
After five weeks, the 4-1 Bills lead the NFL in points per game on offense (34.4) and fewest points allowed per game on defense (12.8). They are the total package and have the look of a legit Super Bowl contender in the AFC.
Meanwhile, the 3-2 Titans have established themselves as the best team in the AFC North. While their defense is allowing 26 points per game and remains suspect, their offense ranks ninth with 26.4 points per game despite not getting a ton from their talented wide receiver duo of A.J. Brown and Julio Jones.
While Tennessee’s offense is impressive, Buffalo is clearly the superior team on both sides of the ball. The Titans’ defense will struggle against Josh Allen and his array of weapons, resulting in a fifth straight win for the Bills. In fact, don’t be surprised if Buffalo wins by double-digits in Week 6.
MNF Week 6 Pick: Bills 31, Titans 20
Monday Night Football Best Bets Week 6
MNF Best Bet: Bills -5.5 (-110) at Caesars
Wager: 1 Unit
The Bills are playing incredible football right now and match up well with the Titans. Given their dominance on offense and defense, Buffalo is the most dangerous team in the NFL.
The Bills have won 12 of their last 14 games dating back to 2020 and are among the best road teams in the NFL. In fact, they have now covered the spread in six of their last seven road contests. They have no problem going on the road and beating good teams, as we just saw in Week 5 against Kansas City.
Expect Tennessee to hang around for a while as they use their running game to stay close, but Buffalo should pull away in the second half and easily cover this spread.
MNF Best Bet: Under 54 points (-110) at BetMGM
Wager: 0.5 Units
While Buffalo’s offense gets a lot of attention, it’s also important to remember that they have the stingiest defense in the NFL as well. The Bills have yet to allow more than 23 points in a game this season and just held Patrick Mahomes and co. to 20 in Arrowhead.
The Titans can certainly score points, but can they compete in a shootout? Given the injuries in their receiving corps, their offense has been even more reliant on Henry this year.
They’ll likely lean on him here to shorten the game and keep the ball away from Allen as much as possible, preventing Buffalo from scoring in the upper 30s and making the Under a smart pick for our NFL bet of the day.
