I hit on my top recommended parlay for Game 4 between the Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat, cashing in on a three-leg bet at (+423) odds. My longshot same-game parlay came up short, but that’s to be expected.
With Game 5 of the NBA Finals approaching on Monday night, I’ve built two more same-game parlays that I’m feeling good about ahead of the action.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 5 Best Same-Game Parlay
Nuggets vs Heat Best SGP (+510) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
- Nuggets -9 (-110)
- Under 208 Points (-110)
- Nikola Jokić: Triple-Double (+108)
For my best same-game parlay for Game 5, I’m starting with the Nuggets covering as 9-point favorites. This is a pretty large spread, but Denver has an average margin of victory of 13 points in this series, and I still don’t think we’ve seen this team at its best in this series.
Additionally, I’m siding with the Under at 208 points. The Nuggets have won three games thus far on account of their defense, which has held Miami below 100 points in each victory.
Finally, I’m looking for Jokić to record another triple-double. We can tack on this leg at plus odds, which is somewhat surprising since he’s already triple-doubled twice in this series and in 10 of his 19 playoff games.
At (+510) odds, I love the value here and am comfortable making this my NBA bet of the day.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 5 Longshot Same-Game Parlay
Nuggets vs Heat Longshot SGP (+850) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 0.5 Units
- Heat Moneyline (+850)
- Over 208 Points (-110)
- Jimmy Butler: Over 26.5 Points (-108)
On the off chance that the Heat find a way to extend this series, I’d like to be prepared. In that case, I’ve prepared this three-leg longshot parlay at (+850) odds.
Up first, I’m taking the Heat to win outright. At (+328) odds, this leg alone gives this parlay a massive odds boost. I’m also pairing this with the Over, as Miami is going to need an above-average offensive showing to upset the Nuggets in Game 5.
Tap into even more of our 2023 NBA Finals coverage:
For the last leg, I’m looking for Butler to score Over 26.5 points. He’s exceeded this line just one time in the NBA Finals, but if the Heat are to win Game 5, it’ll come on the heels of a massive performance from Jimmy Buckets.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 4 Parlays Preview
Parlays have hardly been my strong suit in the NBA Finals, but as the series continues, it should theoretically get easier to come up with winning bets.
With that in mind, here are two of my favorite same-game parlays that I’ll be betting ahead of Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 4 Best Same-Game Parlay
Nuggets vs Heat Best SGP (+423) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
- Nuggets Moneyline (-160)
- Jamal Murray: Over 7.5 Assists (-123)
- Under 210.5 Points (-110)
For my best same-game parlay for Game 4, I’m starting things off with the Nuggets moneyline. Up 2-1 and coming off of a decisive win in Game 3, Denver is in complete control of this series and has had the two best players on the floor in Nikola Jokić and Murray.
Speaking of Murray, I’m adding his Over at 7.5 assists. He’s recorded 10 helpers in each of the first three games of the series, so asking him to log eight or more is within reason.
Finally, I like the Under at 210.5 points. When the Nuggets win games in this series, it’s due to them playing at a relatively slow pace and limiting Miami’s scoring inside the three-point arc.
Since I’m aiming for another Denver victory here, it only makes sense to back the Under.
At (+423) odds, there’s enough value here for me to make this my NBA bet of the day.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 4 Longshot Same-Game Parlay
Nuggets vs Heat Longshot SGP (+750) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 0.5 Units
- Nuggets -3.5 (-110)
- Nikola Jokić: Triple-Double (-113)
- Jamal Murray: Over 33.5 Points + Assists (-129)
- Bam Adebayo: Over 20.5 Points (-104)
To start my longshot same-game parlay, I’m going with the Nuggets to cover as 3.5-point favorites. Their two wins in this series have come by 11 points or more, and they’ve improved to 11-7 against the spread throughout the postseason as a result.
I’m also looking for Jokić to record another triple-double after his 32-21-10 performance in Game 3. He’s achieved this feat in 10 of his 18 playoff games thus far, including both of Denver’s wins in this series.
Additionally, I’m backing Murray to keep his momentum going into Game 4 and record Over 33.5 combined points and assists. He’s averaging 36.0 per game in this series, and he exceeded this total on points alone in Game 3.
For the final leg, I like Adebayo to score Over 20.5 points. He’s accomplished this in all three NBA Finals games thus far, and the Nuggets seem content to let him get as many field goal attempts as he pleases in and around the paint.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 3 Parlays Preview
Michael Porter Jr. failed to have the bounce-back performance that I had anticipated, which ultimately sank both of my recommended same-game parlays for Game 2 of the NBA Finals between the Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat.
I’m adjusting my strategy ahead of Wednesday’s action, which should lead to a more successful night.
Here are my best same-game parlays for Game 3 between the Nuggets and Heat.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 3 Best Same-Game Parlay
Nuggets vs Heat Best SGP (+423) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
- Over 214.5 Points (-110)
- Jimmy Butler: Over 6.5 Assists (-125)
- Gabe Vincent: Over 13.5 Points (-131)
Overs have split in this series, largely on account of Denver’s decreased scoring. However, I’m no fan of continuing to fade a team that’s had the most efficient offense in the league during the playoffs. The Heat will do their part to get this one Over 214.5 points, and the Nuggets will step up as well.
Butler has taken on more of a facilitator role for Miami, and it’s working. The superstar wing is logging 6.8 assists per game over his last 12, and he’s hit this number in both games against Denver.
Vincent has been the recipient of plenty of those assists, averaging 21 points per game in the NBA Finals. His contribution on offense is vital to Miami’s success in this series, and I fully expect Butler and others to continue feeding the hot hand.
At (+423) odds, I’m locking this in with my NBA bet of the day.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 3 Longshot Same-Game Parlay
Nuggets vs Heat Longshot SGP (+1000) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 0.5 Units
- Heat Moneyline (+118)
- Bam Adebayo: Double-Double (+102)
- Over 219.5 Points (+129)
For my longshot parlay, I’ve crafted a three-leg bet that comes in at (+1000) odds. I’m starting with the Heat moneyline, which provides plenty of value given that they’re home underdogs in Game 3.
I’m also adding Bam Adebayo to record a double-double. Miami’s big man has been a force in this series, notching 26 points and 13 rebounds in Game 1 while just missing on a double-double in Game 2 with 21 points and nine boards.
Finally, I’m teasing the total up to 219.5 points and taking the Over. As mentioned above, Denver won’t stay down forever on offense, and this is as good a spot as any for them to counter with a high-scoring performance.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 2 Parlays Preview
I whiffed on both of my recommended same-game parlays for Game 1 of the NBA Finals, with the Over at 219.5 points being the primary sinker. It ended up being a low-scoring contest, with the Denver Nuggets scoring 104 and the Miami Heat putting up 93.
With Game 2 on the horizon, I’ve put together two more parlays that I’m feeling good about as we head into the weekend.
Here are my best same-game parlays for Game 2 of the NBA Finals between the Nuggets and Heat.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 2 Best Same-Game Parlay
Nuggets vs Heat Best SGP (+370) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
- Over 214.5 Points (-110)
- Michael Porter Jr.: Over 15.5 Points (-108)
- Jamal Murray: Over 5.5 Assists (-160)
For my best same-game parlay for Game 2, I’m targeting the Over at 214.5 points. Neither team turned in a particularly efficient offensive performance in Game 1, and both are due for some positive regression.
Denver should start hitting triples and Miami will make free throws a priority.
I’m also adding the Over on Porter’s points prop. He was one of the main reasons why the Nuggets struggled from three-point range in Game 1, as Porter shot 2-for-11 from beyond the arc.
A bounce-back effort should be in store for the 6-foot-10 forward.
Finally, I like Murray to record at least six assists. The 26-year-old notched 10 in Game 1, and he’s met this number in exactly half of his 16 playoff appearances thus far.
I love the value of this parlay at (+370), making it my NBA bet of the day.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 2 Longshot Same-Game Parlay
Nuggets vs Heat Longshot SGP (+850) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 0.5 Units
- Over 219.5 Points (+136)
- Nikola Jokić: Triple-Double (-129)
- Bam Adebayo: Over 18.5 Points (-106)
- Michael Porter Jr.: Over 2.5 Three-Pointers (-145)
I’m also starting with the Over in my longshot same-game parlay, although I’ve chosen an alternate total at 219.5 points. By bumping this up a few marks, we can significantly increase the value of this parlay.
Next, I’m backing Jokić to turn in another triple-double. He recorded the vast majority of his triple-doubles at home during the regular season, and he’s accomplished the feat in nine of his 16 playoff appearances.
I also like Adebayo to have another strong performance after leading the Heat in scoring with 26 in Game 1. This is a series in which he’ll need to score around 20 a night if Miami hopes to pull off the upset, so I’m perfectly comfortable locking him in at Over 18.5 points.
Finally, I’m taking Porter to sink at least three triples. As mentioned, he went 2 of 11 from deep in Game 1, but he’s shooting 38.6% throughout the playoffs and has made three or more in eight of his 16 games.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 1 Parlays Preview
The Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat will meet in Game 1 of the NBA Finals this Thursday, June 1. One of the best ways to get in on the action? Same-game parlays.
By combining our best bets for each game, we can go all-out and maximize our potential earnings with a parlay.
Here are two of my best same-game parlay bets for Game 1 of the NBA Finals between the Nuggets and Heat.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 1 Best Same-Game Parlay
Nuggets vs Heat Best SGP (+264) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
- Nuggets -8.5 (-110)
- Over 219 Total Points (-110)
For my best same-game parlay — the safer of the two options — I’m combining a spread pick and an Over/Under to come in at (+264) odds.
Up first, I’m backing the Nuggets to cover as 8.5-point favorites. Denver is well-rested coming into the series and has home-court advantage, giving them a significant leg up on the Heat, who recently wrapped up a seven-game bout on Monday and could struggle with the change in altitude.
Additionally, I like the Over at 219 points. The Nuggets will likely look to push the pace and exhaust the Heat, who will have no choice but to try and keep up. Denver also owns the No. 1 offensive rating in the playoffs, and Miami will likely struggle to contain Nikola Jokić.
At a relatively favorable price, I’m locking this in with my NBA bet of the day.
Nuggets vs Heat Game 1 Longshot Same-Game Parlay
Nuggets vs Heat Longshot SGP (+1700) • Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 0.5 Units
- Heat Moneyline (+310)
- Over 219 Total Points (-110)
- Jimmy Butler: Over 27.5 Points (-117)
- Caleb Martin: Over 2.5 Three-Pointers Made (+112)
The Heat have defied the odds en route to their NBA Finals appearance, so who’s to say they won’t pull off another upset in Game 1? The downside of Denver’s rest advantage is that they may come out a bit rusty, while Miami is operating at peak playoff form.
I’m also adding the Over here, as mentioned above. The Heat aren’t going to win this game by locking up Jokić and Jamal Murray, so the Over would likely need to hit at 219 points for Miami to come away victorious.
For the props portion of my longshot same-game parlay, I’m targeting Butler and Martin, who finished No. 1 and 2, respectively, in Eastern Conference Finals MVP voting. Butler will want to come in and make a statement in Game 1, while Martin averaged 3.1 makes from deep per game this past series.
