Hurricanes vs Panthers Same Game Parlays

Last Updated: May 23, 2023

The Stanley Cup Playoffs are down to the final four.

The conference finals mean there will only be one game per day, but parlay bettors need not be distraught as same-game parlays are both available and prominent for each game.

The Florida Panthers will eye a sweep of the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference final in Sunrise on Wednesday.

Here are a couple of same-game parlays I like for the potential clinching game between Florida and Carolina.

Hurricanes vs Panthers Game 4 Best Parlay

Hurricanes vs Panthers Best SGP (+320)

DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 1 Unit

  • Panthers Moneyline (-120)
  • Under 5.5 Goals (-130)
  • Under 1.5 First-Period Goals (-115)

Game 4 same-game parlay Eastern Conference final Florida Panthers vs Carolina Hurricanes

The Eastern Conference final Under is as sure a bet as there is in hockey betting this postseason, and that goes for the first-period Under too. There’s been nine goals in 13-plus periods through three games, and only two scored in the first period.

If you’re not sure whether the Panthers will cap the sweep, take them to cover a +1.5 spread as part of this parlay at +200. If Carolina wins, it will almost surely be a low-scoring, one-goal game.

But the Hurricanes offense seems to have no answer for Panthers goalie Sergei Bobrovsky, who has allowed just one goal over the past two games.

Hurricanes vs Panthers Game 4 Longshot Parlay

Hurricanes vs Panthers Longshot SGP (+700)

DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 0.5 Units

  • Panthers ML (+210)
  • Under 4.5 Goals (+225)

There is understandable angst when betting the under with a spread, especially in a series that has been decided by three one-goal games. But the Hurricanes offense has done almost nothing against Bobrovsky and the Florida offense, and there’s a strong possibility the Panthers seal Game 4 with an empty-net goal.

If you read my Florida vs Carolina prediction for Game 4, you know I projected a 3-1 Panthers win. If that happens, or Florida wins 2-0, 3-0, or 4-0, that parlay will hit.

The Eastern Conference final will shift to Sunrise, Florida for Game 3. The Panthers lead the Hurricanes 2-0 in the best-of-7 series.

Here are a couple of same-game parlays I like for Game 3 of Florida vs Carolina.

Hurricanes vs Panthers Game 3 Best Parlay

Hurricanes vs Panthers Best SGP (+235)

DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 1 Unit

  • Hurricanes Moneyline (+100)
  • Under 6.5 Goals (-160)
  • Under 2.5 First-Period Goals (-350)

Florida Panthers vs Carolina Hurricanes Same-Game Parlay

Both Game 2 parlays were successful, but barely since there were two disallowed goals in the first period. There’s the potential for a couple of early goals again in Game 3, especially since Carolina’s scored a first-period goal in each of the first two games and is averaging 0.75 first-period goals over its eight wins.

This should be a low-scoring series, but teasing the game and first-period O/Us will help the parlay hit. Plus, it doesn’t adversely affect the odds, producing $2.30 per $1 wagered.

Hurricanes vs Panthers Game 3 Longshot Parlay

Hurricanes vs Panthers Longshot SGP (+800)

DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 0.5 Units

  • Hurricanes ML (+100)
  • Under 3.5 Goals (+425)

Game 3 Longshot Parlay Carolina Hurricanes vs Florida Panthers

Game 2 ended 2-1, and this could be a 2-1 or 3-2 style of series. Carolina’s only scored three goals through two games, and Florida has only netted five.

It is highly plausible that Game 3 will end with fewer than three goals again, and in fact, I picked Carolina to win a 2-1 game.

The odds are long, and if you think Florida will win that style of game, take it at +700. I tend to think the Hurricanes will be victorious in Game 3.

Here are a couple of same-game parlays I like for Game 2 of the Eastern Conference final between the Carolina Hurricanes and Florida Panthers on Saturday.

Hurricanes vs Panthers Game 2 Best Parlay

Hurricanes vs Panthers Best SGP (+240)

DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 1 Unit

  • Panthers +1.5 (-205)
  • Under 6.5 Goals (-160)
  • Under 1.5 First-Period Goals (-105)

Panthers vs Hurricanes Game 2 Same game Parlay

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, right? I suggested this parlay in Game 1, and it hit fairly easily even though the marathon affair took nearly six hours to complete.

The Hurricanes are 4-2 in one-goal games this postseason, including two straight decided in OT. Game 2 should be low-scoring, and could get to extra time again, which would lend itself to this parlay.

Florida hasn’t lost by more than a goal since Game 4 of its first-round series against Boston, a span of nearly a month at this point. Plus, if you watched Game 1, where the teams went exactly 95 minutes between goals, you know that offense will be tough to come by in this series, especially at 5-on-5.

This is a slam-dunk SGP, especially at these odds, which will produce a $2.40 profit per dollar bet.

Hurricanes vs Panthers Game 2 Longshot Parlay

Hurricanes vs Panthers Longshot SGP (+575)

DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 0.5 Units

  • Panthers ML (+120)
  • Under 4.5 Goals (+260)

Panthers vs Hurricanes Game 2 Same game Parlay

I picked a 2-1 Florida win in overtime for Game 2, but I went a little conservative on this SGP in case Florida wins in regulation and hits an empty net.

Still, at +575, and given each team’s defensive discipline, this has a great chance of hitting if the Panthers sweep the first two games in Raleigh. If you think the Hurricanes find a way to knot the series, take them to win in the parlay and the odds dip to +475.

Hurricanes vs Panthers Game 1 Best Parlay

Hurricanes vs Panthers Best SGP (+245)

DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 1 Unit

  • Panthers +1.5 (-210)
  • Under 6.5 Goals (-155)
  • Under 1.5 First-Period Goals (+110)

Hurricanes vs Panthers Best SGP DraftKings

There should be a feeling-out period in Game 1, which is why I’m expecting a low-scoring first period. Plus, there’s been one or fewer first-period goals in nine of Florida’s 12 playoff games and eight of Carolina’s 12.

This should be a tight, relatively low-scoring game given each team’s desired style of puck possession and shot suppression. Carolina has won four one-goal games in the playoffs, including its 3-2 OT victory in Game 5 over New Jersey, and the Panthers’ only second-round loss to Toronto was a 2-1 defeat.

There have been seven or fewer goals in seven of Florida’s playoff games, including each of the past five. Plus, the Hurricanes offense, which scored 24 goals in five games against the Devils, is poised to regress given their offensive injuries.

Teasing is your friend in this SGP, and this NHL pick of the day‘s odds are way too good given how likely this is to play out.

Hurricanes vs Panthers Game 1 Longshot Parlay

Hurricanes vs Panthers Longshot SGP (+900)

DraftKings Sportsbook • WAGER: 0.5 units

  • Panthers ML (+120)
  • Under 5.5 Goals (+100)
  • Under 0.5 First-Period Goals (+450)

Hurricanes vs Panthers Longshot SGP DraftKings

In my Florida vs Carolina Game 1 prediction I picked a 3-2 Florida win, which would hit in this parlay as long as there was a scoreless first period. The Hurricanes and Panthers have each had two scoreless first periods in the playoffs thus far, and given the feeling-out period I referenced above, there’s a possibility of that happening in Game 1.

If you’re anxious about a goal being scored, pick whichever team you feel will score first to win the first period. For the Panthers, it’d make this parlay +600, and a Hurricanes goal would boost the SGP odds to +1600.
