The Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals will finally square off in a highly anticipated divisional round playoff game at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York.
One of these teams will reach the AFC Championship Game for the second time in three seasons. The Bills fell in the conference title game against Kansas City in 2020, and the Bengals are the reigning AFC champs.
It should be a highly competitive game that may come down to the final play. But if you’re not interested in betting on the outcome, here’s a look at some prop wagers to consider for the Cincinnati vs Buffalo game.

Bengals vs Bills Player Props
Gabe Davis: Anytime Touchdown (+170) at Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
Davis is a playoff-scoring machine. The Bills No. 2 receiver has scored in three straight postseason games, including a jaw-dropping TD catch in Buffalo’s 34-31 win over Miami on Sunday.
Davis had seven TDs during the regular season but now has six scores in his past three playoff games, highlighted by his four-touchdown game against Kansas City in the divisional round last season.
Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen clearly trusts Davis as one of his go-to options, especially in the red zone where he can use his 6-2, 210-pound frame against smaller CBs.
Plus, Davis is likely to be going against Cincinnati cornerback Eli Apple, who has just a 52.9 rating on Pro Football Focus and got burned for a TD by Demarcus Robinson on Sunday night.
I like Davis’ receiving-yards prop too (O56.5, -119 at Caesars), but the odds on his anytime TD prop are too good to pass up.
Joe Burrow: Over 276.5 Passing Yards (-119) at Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
Burrow has surpassed this number in only one of Cincinnati’s previous five games, but he probably would have if the first Bills-Bengals game hadn’t been canceled.
Though stats from that game have been wiped, and it’s being treated as it didn’t exist, one can read the Bengals’ aggressive game plan as the way they plan to attack Buffalo’s defense.

Cincinnati coach Zac Taylor took the ball instead of deferring after winning the coin toss, and Burrow came out firing, going 4-for-4 for 52 yards and a touchdown in less than nine minutes.
There’s also the potential Cincinnati will be chasing the game, too, which makes this number conducive to hitting.
Bengals vs Bills Prop Bets
Bengals Over 21.5 Points (-105) at Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
There are bona fide concerns about the Bengals’ ability to protect Burrow, and they may play in the grind-it-out AFC North, but they are capable of putting up points. Cincinnati has surpassed 22 points in each of its past six games and will need to keep pace with Allen and the Bills offense to keep the game close.
As referenced above, Allen has turned the ball over in four straight games, including two interceptions and a fumble lost in Buffalo’s win over Miami on Sunday. The Bengals defense has forced at least one turnover in five straight games and should be able to set up its offense with a short field at least once Sunday.
I think the game will be close and high scoring. Cincinnati will need to score 21-plus for that to be the case.
Bills Winning Margin: 1-6 Points (+265) at Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
This has become my go-to wager when I want to bet a team to win but not cover the full spread because the odds are so much better than taking Bills moneyline.
These odds are longer because there is enhanced risk given the prospect of Buffalo winning by seven or even in blowout fashion. But if you, like me, believe Buffalo will advance with a close win — or even in overtime — this prop will pay 6.6x of a Bills moneyline bet.
