Bills vs Bengals Odds
Bills vs Bengals odds are courtesy of Caesars Sportsbook as of 4:30 p.m. EST on Jan. 2.
The Bills are 2.5-point road favorites, which is a bit surprising considering the Bengals’ home-field advantage, but makes sense when you dive deeper.
The total comes in at 50.5 points, which reflects how prolific these two offenses are while also accounting for their stout defenses.
Bills vs Bengals Implied Score
Bills 26.5, Bengals 24
Bookmakers are projecting a close game between two of the best teams in the NFL. They like the Bills to come through in the end.

Monday Night Football Matchup
The biggest factor in this game will likely come down to pass protection. Cincinnati suffered a major loss when right tackle La’el Collins suffered a torn ACL in the first quarter against the Patriots in Week 16.
While Joe Burrow was still able to throw for 375 yards, he was sacked twice and threw two interceptions. The Bengals were limited to only 22 points and shut out for the entire second half.
That doesn’t bode well against a Bills defense that has at least two sacks in 13 of their 15 games this season. Buffalo also ranks seventh in Pass DVOA, per Football Outsiders, so this is a tough matchup.
We could see the Bills pressure Burrow and slow down the Bengals’ passing game via their pass rush.
Monday Night Football Prediction
Bills 26, Bengals 20
We’re starting to see the Bills offense round into form, as they’ve eclipsed 30 points in consecutive games after failing to do so in their previous three.
Their running game came alive against the Bears, as Devin Singletary and James Cook combined for 205 rushing yards. If they can continue to run the ball efficiently, this offense will be unstoppable.
When you add in Cincinnati’s pass-protection concerns, you come away feeling confident that Buffalo will take this one.
Monday Night Football Bet Tips
Here are a few betting trends to consider before making your Bills vs Bengals bets:
- The Bills are 7-7-1 against the spread, and Unders are 10-5 in their games.
- The Bengals are 12-3 ATS, and Unders are 9-5-1 in their games.
- Cincinnati may struggle to cope without Collins on the offensive line.
Monday Night Football Best Bets
Bills -2.5 (-110) at Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
The line is telling us that oddsmakers feel that Buffalo has the advantage here, as they’re favored despite being on the road.
Look for Buffalo to exploit Cincinnati’s weakness in pass protection.

Under 50.5 Points (-110) at Caesars Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
Both of these teams have trended Under all year long, as they have combined to stay below the number in 19 of their 30 games.
I expect more of the same in this projected close game, especially with Cincinnati having to deal with Buffalo’s pass rush.

Monday Night Football Prop Bet
Bills to Win by 1-6 Points (+290) at Caesars Sportsbook
Wager: 0.5 Unit
The most likely outcome here is that Buffalo wins by 1-6 points. Taking this prop also gives us a win if the Bills only win by one, causing our spread pick to push.
Monday Night Football Same-Game Parlay
Best MNF Same-Game Parlay (+264) at Caesars Sportsbook
- Bills -2.5 (-110)
- Under 50.5 Points (-110)
Wager: 1 Unit
I’m confident in the Bills winning a relatively low-scoring game here, so we’ll parlay these two results for a chance at a higher payout.
The +264 odds are nice value when you consider Buffalo’s advantage up front.
