The Pittsburgh Steelers suffered an ugly defeat in Week 5, and unfortunately for them, things won’t be easier in Week 6 with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers visiting this Sunday, Oct. 16, at 1 p.m. ET.
The Bucs have yet to look like world-beaters this season, but they can afford the growing pains this week.

The Steelers posted just three points against the NFL’s best defense in Week 5, and while I expect them to perform slightly better against Tampa Bay’s sixth-ranked squad, I don’t think the boost they’ll get from their home crowd will be enough to keep them in this game for very long.
To his credit, Kenny Pickett performed about as well as anyone could have hoped for in his first start. His 327 passing yards were the most allowed by the Bills this season, and he made very few questionable throws. Look for him to record his first passing touchdown of the year against the Bucs.
On the other side, Brady should have a field day with this Steelers defense. Josh Allen went for 348 passing yards in the first half alone against this team in Week 5, so the Bucs shouldn’t have any issues moving the ball.
This will be a comfortable win for the Buccaneers. Pittsburgh simply doesn’t have what it takes on either front right now to compete.
