Panthers Pick Tommy Tremble No. 83 Overall In 2021 NFL Draft
The Panthers did not utilize their tight end position in the passing game last season. Both Ian Thomas and Chirs Manhertz were primary blockers. With Manhertz now in Jacksonville, departing in free agency, the Panthers had a need for a new blocking tight end. They went that route with Notre Dame TE Tommy Tremble.
Touted as a bonafide H-back with a terrific blocking skillset, Tremble will be used all over the formation in OC Joe Brady’s offense.
Tommy Tremble 2021 Fantasy Football Outlook
Tremble will be the primary blocking tight end in Carolina’s offense, filling in the void that Chris Manhetz left. Now that FB Alex Armah also left in free, singing with the Saints, Tremble could see his sporadic goalline scores. Not enough to garner fantasy relevance, however.
Tommy Tremble Dynasty Fantasy Football Outlook
Tremble should go undrafted in Dynasty leagues.
