With NBA season in full swing, MKF enhances the enjoyment of the hardwood with exciting opportunities each night to win cash based on your knowledge of some of the league’s top players.

The Game Day breaks down two MKF contests daily that we feel have profit potential. With Saturday’s slate featuring plenty of big names, here’s a closer look at some opportunities involving some of the most offensively explosive players in action:

February 13 NBA DFS Picks

Philadelphia 76ers at Phoenix Suns

MKF Contest: More or Less, Fantasy Points (Pick 2/2 correctly to win 2.5x your Buy-In)

MKF NBA Fantasy Points Scoring System:

  • Point= +1 point
  • Assist= +1.5 points
  • Rebound= +1.2 points
  • Steal= +3 points
  • Block= +3 points
  • Turnover= -1 point

Joel Embiid, C, Philadelphia 76ers: More Than 50.5 Fantasy Points

Embiid has exceeded this benchmark in five of the last six games, an outstanding stretch during which he’s averaging 33.5 points, 10.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.0 block across 32.7 minutes while shooting 54.2 percent. Embiid is also averaging 19.7 field-goal attempts and 12.7 free-throw attempts per contest in that sample on his way to a 38.7 percent usage rate and average of 1.64 MKF points per minute. Those jaw-dropping numbers have been accomplished with the rest of the first unit healthy, too, making them all the more impressive. The opposing Suns also come in allowing the seventh-most MKF points per game to centers over the last 10 games, and it’s worth noting Phoenix is also giving up the highest three-point percentage (48.6 percent) to fives this season.

Devin Booker, SG, Phoenix Suns: More Than 38.5 Fantasy Points

Booker has scored at least 38.5 MKF points in eight of 20 games this season, including in each of his last three games. The starting shooting guard has drained 50.0 percent of his attempts, including 41.2 percent from three-point range, during that sample. Saturday, he’ll draw a favorable matchup against a Sixers squad that checks in ranked in the bottom half of the league in offensive efficiency (22.9 percent) allowed to shooting guards and that also allows the third-highest three-point percentage (42.4) to the position.

Brooklyn Nets at Golden State Warriors

MKF Contest: More or Less (Pick 2/2 correctly to win 3x your Buy-In)

Stephen Curry, PG, Golden State Warriors: More Than 32.5 Points

Curry is on a six-game heater that’s seen him average 37.8 points on 56.8 percent shooting, including 50.6 percent from three-point range. He’s scored 36 or more points in four of those contests, and he’s exceeded the 32.5-point mark in eight of 26 games, while also falling just short with 30-to-32 points in five other contests. Saturday’s showdown against the Nets offers the opportunity for more of the same, considering both teams play at top-five paces and Brooklyn is allowing an NBA-high 122.3 points per road game. Moreover, the Nets surrender 48.4 percent shooting, including 38.1 percent from behind the arc, on the road.

Kevin Durant, PF, Brooklyn Nets: More Than 28.5 Points

Durant should be well-rested and raring to go for this showdown against his old squad, one that he already totaled 22 points in just 25 minutes against back on Opening Night in his first game since 2019. KD has also scored at least 29 points in 11 of 18 games, and he’s hit 28 in another three. He was also running hot in his last three full games before being pulled out of the Feb. 5 matchup against the Raptors due to health and safety protocols, as Durant had shot 60.3 percent, including 50.0 percent from deep, during that sample. The ultra-fast pace this game is likely to be played at should also benefit Durant in the form of extra possessions, and it’s worth noting that the Warriors are giving up 39.1 percent three-point shooting to PFs, while Durant boasts a career-high 44.9 percent success rate from downtown.
