Cowboys-Giants Key Injuries
Cowboys
The Cowboys’ main injuries come on the defensive side of the ball. LB Leighton Vander Esch and FS Xavier Woods are both listed as questionable with respective ankle and rib injuries. If they both have to sit, the Cowboys defense could have trouble stopping the Giants’ passing game.
Giants
Evan Engram is questionable with an ankle injury he suffered in the fourth quarter of last week’s loss to the Baltimore Ravens. He caught seven passes on 10 targets for 65 yards, after being named to the Pro Bowl just a few days earlier. If Engram is forced to sit, Kaden Smith would likely start at tight end.
Cowboys-Giants Players to Watch
DAL RB Ezekiel Elliott had his first 100-yard rushing game since Week 11 when he rushed for 105 yards on 19 carries last week in the Cowboys’ win over the Eagles. He faces a Giants’ D that gave up two TDs and 91 yards back in Week 5. Amazingly, those two scores are his last two rushing touchdowns of the season.

NYG QB Daniel Jones returned to his starting role last week, to the tune of 24-of-41 for 252 yards and one TD. Back in Week 5, he threw for 222 yards while completing 20 of 33 passes. Jones’ ability to throw the football could be the difference in this one.
Cowboys-Giants Weather Report
The weather report at MetLife Stadium calls for rain and a high of 44 degrees Fahrenheit. There’s a 57% chance of rain and wind gusts of 15 mph as expected as well.
Cowboys-Giants Picks & Bet Tips
BEST BET: Cowboys (-165)
Full disclosure, I’m a Giants fan. However, I just don’t see them winning this game. The Cowboys have more offensive talent, and Andy Dalton should have another good game, after throwing for at least two TDs in each of his last four games. I like the Cowboys to win, but don’t trust them to win by more than a field goal.

CONSIDER: Under 44.5 (-105)
The Cowboys have been road favorites twice and the Under hit in both of those contests. The Giants are also a league-worst 3-12 on the over this season. This is enough to me to lean to the Under in this contest.
PASS: Cowboys -3 (-110) / Giants +3 (-110)
If you’re betting this game, take the Cowboys or Giants moneyline as there’s no need to play for the potential tie with a likely 3-point game on Sunday.
