Baylor vs Houston Bet: 2021 March Madness Final Four Pick. The first weekend of the NCAA Tournament is in the books, and we are onto the Final Four! The top-seeded Baylor Bears will take on a two-seed Houston Cougars team in what will be a surefire March classic.
The Baylor Bears were largely expected to be one of the teams in this year’s Final Four round and they have not disappointed on their road here. They have put together a solid resumé as they vie for a championship berth. The Cougars are no slouch of a team either, finding wins against some very solid teams.

Baylor has pieced together wins against Hartford by 24, Wisconsin by 13, Villanova by 11, and Arkansas by 9. Needless to say, their road has been very smooth.
Houston has collected wins against Cleveland State by 31 points, Rutgers by just 3, Syracuse by 16, and a hard-fought win by 6 against Oregon State.
Both of these teams are absolute powerhouses this season and it sets the stage for a close one. Baylor has been playing their absolute best basketball in this tournament and while Houston has been a tad spotty, they are capable of giving the Bears a run for their money when they are at their best.
What can we expect from either team in this Baylor vs Houston matchup? Let’s take a look.

As I have mentioned a few times already, I’m under the impression that this game will be a very close one. However, Baylor should be more than a five-point favorite if both teams are in their groove on both ends of the floor. Back the Bears.
The total on this game has already moved up 2.5 points from its starting point, making me lean towards the over in this one. This total is a bit chalky, though, and will likely wind up being close to the actual game total. The over is not really a strong lean, but it’s a lean nonetheless. If you’re going to take any side, take the over here.
