Who doesn’t enjoy a nice primetime Monday Night Football game? For Week 7’s matchup we get the 3-2 New Orleans Saints visiting the 2-4 Seattle Seahawks.
The Saints are coming off a bye while the Seahawks are coming off an overtime loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football. New Orleans has remained competitive with Jameis Winston under center, while Seattle held its own against a tough Pittsburgh defense in Week 6 without Russell Wilson (finger).

Saints vs Seahawks Prop Bets: NFL Week 7 Prop Betting Picks
Alvin Kamara Over 29.5 Receiving Yards (-110) at DraftKings
Alvin Kamara is coming off his best receiving game of the season, as he caught five of eight targets for 51 receiving yards against the Washington Football Team in Week 5. He’s now managed at least 25 receiving yards in three of his last four games, which bodes well for his Week 7 performance.
While Kamara hasn’t been as involved in the passing game since Winston took over for Drew Brees, this matchup oozes potential. Seattle has already allowed six running backs to tally at least 30 receiving yards against them this season, and Kamara should be the seventh.
Our projections have Kamara at around 45 receiving yards for Week 7, so 30 is certainly attainable for him. Look for Kamara to have a monster game against a weak Seahawks defense, making this our NFL bet of the day.
Jameis Winston Over 205.5 Passing Yards (-115) at DraftKings
Who doesn’t love correlated props? Not only can Winston help out Kamara in the receiving game, but I’m also expecting a big showing from the Florida State product.
Winston has seen his passing yards increase in each of his last three games and has thrown for well over 200 in each of the last two. He’s coming off a season-high 279 passing yards in his most recent game and should have no problem torching a Seahawks defense that ranks 21st in points allowed.
Our projections have Winston at around 240 passing yards, which is roughly his average from his last two games combined. Winston’s already enjoyed several huge passing performances this year and seems primed for another one in Week 7.

Under 42.5 Total Points (-110) at DraftKings
While primetime Overs are quite popular in Monday Night Football games, we’re going in a different direction here after consulting our NFL gameday odds.
New Orleans’ defense is one of the best in the league, ranking fourth in fewest points allowed at 18.2 points per game. The Saints are also well-rested coming off a bye and have had an extra week to prepare for Geno Smith, who’s no Russell Wilson.
Smith has played capably while filling in for Wilson but will be tested here. The Seahawks played in a relatively low-scoring overtime game last week with 43 total points, and I think that’s a great model for how this game will turn out against a similarly formidable Saints defense.
Expect plenty of field goals in this one, as neither team is likely to excel in the red zone. Pete Carroll loves to drain the clock and control time of possession while Sean Payton will likely try to establish the run early behind Kamara.
