Heading into Week 8, this game suddenly feels like a loser-leaves-town match in Kansas City.

Monday Night Football Prediction Week 8
Patrick Mahomes finally looks human. He’s thrown an interception in six straight games and leads the NFL in turnovers. The defense remains one of the worst in the NFL and the Chiefs have lost twice as many games as they did all of last year. Still, it’s hard to count out this team too much given their history.
Meanwhile, the Giants got their second win of the season in Week 7, beating the Panthers. But they are still a long way from being a playoff team. A road game in Kansas City in primetime seems like a tough spot for these Giants in Week 8.
Expect the Chiefs to bounce back in Week 8, assuming Mahomes is able to play in this game. It might not be pretty, but the Chiefs are still the better team despite their ugly Week 7 loss.

As long as they can score into the mid-20s, they should have no problem covering this spread. This is just a case in which 10 points is far too many to give to a team who struggles this much on defense.

The Chiefs have the league’s worst defense, but their offense is what let them down in Week 7. They managed to score just three points as they had multiple turnovers in Tennessee.
