2021 NBA Props Betting Picks Nov. 1, 2021 | Best Basketball Prop Bets Today 11/1/21

Last Updated: Nov 1, 2021

Buckle up for a busy Monday with nine games on the NBA schedule. With no shortage of player props to sift through, let’s try to narrow down the options by highlighting three of them that are particularly appealing.

Mike Barner’s season record: 7-8 (-2.38 units)

NBA Prop Bets of the Day: Best Basketball Props Today 11/1/21

Washington Wizards at Atlanta Hawks (7:30 pm ET)

Bradley Beal: Over 25.5 Points (-125) at BetMGM

Wager: 1 unit

Beal has been as busy as ever, recording a 35.7 percent usage rate this season. Surprisingly, that’s only resulted in him averaging 24.4 points per game. He had averaged at least 30.5 points in both of the last two seasons.

The reason for Beal’s muted scoring average is that he’s only shot 36.3% from the field. He’s shot 45.5% for his career, so if he even approaches that average in this game, he has an excellent chance of hitting the Over based on his usage rate.

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Denver Nuggets (8:00 pm ET)

Steven Adams: Under 8.5 Rebounds (-135) at BetMGM

Wager: 1 unit

Adams stormed out of the gate with averages of 13.0 points and 13.0 rebounds over his first three games. However, he’s only averaged 7.3 points and 6.3 rebounds across three games since. He didn’t top seven rebounds in any of those contests.

He’ll be faced with a tough assignment in this game, trying to slow down Nikola Jokic. Not only could he get into foul trouble, but Jokic is also an excellent rebounder. He’s contributed to the Nuggets allowing the second-fewest rebounds per game in the league.

Los Angeles Clippers vs Oklahoma City Thunder (10:30 pm ET)

Reggie Jackson: Under 3.5 Made Three-Pointers (-160) at BetMGM

Wager: 1 unit

The Thunder have the third-worst defensive rating in the league and Jackson is averaging 9.6 three-point attempts per game, so the initial thought here might be to roll with the Over. Jackson has averaged 2.8 three-pointers per game, thanks in large part to him averaging a career-high 34 minutes.

The problem is that the Thunder have been getting blown out on a regular basis, so Jackson might not be needed to play a ton in the second half. Also, despite his high-volume of three-point attempts, he hasn’t hit more than three of them in a game this season. With that in mind, taking a chance on the Under could be the way to go.
