Get ready for a wild ride with 10 games on the schedule Wednesday. There are several exciting matchups, including the Nets hosting the Heat and the Grizzlies taking on the Trail Blazers. There are also plenty of player props to consider, so let’s try to narrow down the options by highlighting three that could prove to be profitable.

NBA Prop Bets of the Day: Best Basketball Props Today 10/27/21
Boston Celtics vs. Washington Wizards (7:30 PM ET)
Jaylen Brown: Over 27.5 Points + Rebounds (-115) at BetMGM
Wager: 1 unit
Brown is coming off of a breakout season in which he averaged 24.7 points and 6.0 rebounds per game. His usage rate climbed to 29.7 percent and he averaged 35 minutes per game, which was a big reason for his increased production.
Through three games this season, his usage rate has jumped to 31.1 percent, helping him average 28.3 points to go along with 7.3 rebounds. He could surpass this total in points alone, so the fact that we also get to include rebounds makes it even more appealing.

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Minnesota Timberwolves (8:00 PM ET)
Khris Middleton: Over 22.5 Points (-130) at BetMGM
Wager: 1 unit
Middleton has only had one off scoring night this season and that was when he was limited to 10 points while playing only 23 minutes in a lopsided loss to the Heat. In each of his other three games, he scored at least 20 points and logged at least 31 minutes. He also scored at least 27 points two times.
With Jrue Holiday (ankle) out again, the onus will be on Middleton to provide the main scoring support for Giannis Antetokounmpo. That could lead to a juicy scoring performance when you also consider that both of these teams rank inside the top-six in the league in pace of play.
Memphis Grizzlies at Portland Trail Blazers (10:00 PM ET)
Steven Adams: Over 18.5 Points + Rebounds (-125) at BetMGM
Wager: 1 unit
A move to the Pelicans did not work out well for Adams last season. He didn’t mesh with Zion Williamson, who also operates in the paint most of the time. It left Adams to average just 7.6 points and 8.9 rebounds a game.
A move to the Grizzlies should provide a boost for Adams given that their power forward Jaren Jackson Jr. spends a lot of time around the perimeter. With Adams having more of the paint area to himself, he’s totaled at last 22 combined points and rebounds in each of his first three games.
