Diamondbacks-Rockies To Score Over 12 Runs, Phillies-Padres To Score Over 9 Runs, & Mets-Dodgers To Score Under 8.5 Runs
The Dbacks and the Rockies are playing in Coors tonight and Austin Gomber, who starts for Colorado, isn’t very good. Now, this guy Tyler Gilbert is a great story after throwing a no-hitter in his first career start last week, but baseball is a humbling game. The Rockies just mash the baseball at home and Gilbert is going to learn that the hard way. I expect runs in this one.
Phillies and the Fathers feature two mediocre left-handed starters. Blake Snell has been so up and down this year it’s ridiculous and Matt Moore is coming off what might’ve been the best start of his career after being awful all season. I expect him to go back to being awful and this number of 9 seems low to me.
Finally, the Mets and the cookie club have failed to score 3 runs in 49 percent of their games this year. So, even a Dodgers 7-1 win tonight will get us the under 8.5 because we know the Mets are getting 2 hit through at least 7 against Walker Buehler.
