Meanwhile, No. 6 TCU is coming off an exciting 72-70 win over No. 11 Arizona State. Sophomore forward JaKobe Coles hit a floater with about one second left on the clock to secure the win for the Horned Frogs.

Gonzaga is seventh overall on Pomeroy’s rankings, boasting the top offense in the nation. TCU ranks 26th, with the strength of their team being their 23rd-ranked defense.
I just don’t think that the Horned Frogs (50th-ranked offense) can keep up with Gonzaga.

We’re getting Gonzaga as short four-point favorites, giving us some value on the point spread. The Zags put up 87.4 points per game (first) while shooting 52.9% from the field (first) this season.
This is an experienced team, led by senior forward Drew Timme. On the other side, TCU is trying to make its first Sweet 16 since 1968.
The Horned Frogs came really close to getting bounced in the first round to Arizona State. This is a much tougher test against Gonzaga, so I’ll roll with the favorites here.

Gonzaga is on a 10-game winning streak, averaging 91.2 points per game during that span. Its games have gone Over this number in seven of 10 during this stretch.
TCU has also performed well offensively of late, scoring 70 or more points in four of its last six games. Gonzaga plays fast, ranking 36th in pace this season.
That bodes well for the Over because it could force TCU to also play at a quicker pace.
This total is set at a high bar for a good reason, so we’ll roll with the Over here.
