No. 4 seed UConn got off to a slow start against No. 5 seed Saint Mary’s before pulling away in the second half en route to a 70-55 win in the Round of 32. Junior forward Adama Sanogo had a huge game, putting up 24 points and eight rebounds.
No. 8 seed Arkansas pulled off the upset in the second round, knocking off the defending champion and No. 1 seed Kansas in a 72-71 win. The Razorbacks won due to terrific guard play, with Davonte Davis and Ricky Council IV each eclipsing 20 points.
This should be an interesting matchup, so let’s get right into my UConn vs Arkansas prediction and best bets.

The Huskies are a well-rounded team, capable of putting up points while locking teams down defensively. Arkansas has had a nice run, but they’re likely overmatched here.
We only need UConn to win by four or more points, which is a reasonable number. Take the Huskies at -3.5 because the moneyline is too expensive at -175.
Under 139.5 Total Points (-110) • DraftKings Sportsbook
WAGER: 1 Unit
Arkansas’s 50th-ranked offense (per KenPom) could have some issues putting up points to keep pace with the Huskies here.
UConn has held its opponents to fewer than 60 points in three of their last five games. None of those teams hit 70 points against UConn. This bodes well for the Under in this one.
