With this CBB bet of the day, I expect the Crimson Tide to win this game as they are one of the most complete teams left in the tournament. They have a dynamic offense and play stout defense.
Brandon Miller is the X-factor for the Crimson Tide, as he can easily score 20-plus points on any given night and is a prolific rebounder.
One of the key players who has come on of late for Alabama has been senior guard Jahvon Quinerly. He only averaged 8.7 points per game during the season but has scored in double digits in three straight games, including 22 points against Maryland in the Round of 32.

San Diego State also has a very good defense as it is ranked fifth in KenPom’s adjusted defensive efficiency rankings. It held one of the nation’s best offenses in Furman to just 52 points in the Round of 32.

I don’t expect the Aztecs to pull off this upset but this is a fun longshot parlay to bet a half-unit on. If they are going to win, then they will have to keep up offensively and make timely threes, which is why I like pairing their money line with both teams to score Over 63.5 points.
The Aztecs are not a big three-point shooting team but are capable of knocking them down when required. They shot 6-for-20 from three against Baylor and 4-from-16 from beyond the arc against the College of Charleston.
If the Aztecs are able to successfully grab offensive rebounds and restrict Alabama’s second-chance opportunities, then they have a very good chance of knocking off the No. 1 overall seed in this tournament.
