Grizzlies vs Warriors Props for Game 6 | Best Player Prop Bets & NBA Playoffs Odds

Last Updated: May 13, 2022

No one expected the Grizzlies to absolutely throttle the Warriors in Game 5, and because of that, our player props suffered. The game was so out of hand early into the second half that the starters on both teams barely played the final two quarters of the game.

Klay Thompson was absolutely feeling it and had 19 points in only 25 minutes of game time. We were well on pace to hit the Over on his point total, but the game script got in the way.

I expect the Warriors to show up in Game 6 in front of their home crowd and advance to the Western Conference Finals.

Let’s dive in on my favorite player props for Game 6.

All NBA postseason odds are provided by Caesars Sportsbook and are current as of Thursday, May 12, at 4 p.m. ET.

Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 6 Player Props

Klay Thompson, Warriors: OVER 21.5 Points (-115)

WAGER: 1 Unit

I’m going right back to the well here with Thompson. The prop had gone up from 20.5 to 21.5, but I would honestly consider taking this prop all the way up to 24.5 points.

Thompson looked to have finally found his shot in Game 5 and would’ve easily hit this Over if not for the blowout. I like the Over in this game as well, so the splash brothers will have to be at their best for a high-scoring affair.

Thompson attempted 12 field goals in just 25 minutes of play and has averaged 18 field goal attempts prior to Game 5.

Given his high volume of shots, I like Thompson to easily hit the Over on his points, making this my NBA bet of the day.

Draymond Green, Warriors: OVER 14.5 Rebounds + Assists (-140)

WAGER: 1 Unit

Draymond Green is rarely looking to shoot the ball and had 12 rebounds + assists in only 22 minutes of action in Game 5. With the Warriors guards finding their shooting groove once again, this should hit with ease.

The rebound numbers might be down a touch because of Steven Adams returning to the rotation for the Grizzlies, but Green is the best rebounder on the Warriors.

I wouldn’t mind sprinkling some on Green’s double-double prop as well at (+340), because he can definitely get to 10 assists if Golden State’s guards are hitting their shots.

Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 6 Game Props

OVER 53 Points in 1Q (-115)

WAGER: 1 Unit

We hit on the Over 56 points in the first quarter of Game 5, and we will do it again here in Game 6. Both teams will look to take a lead early on in this contest, and they convert threes at a high percentage.

I expect a barrage of threes to start this game — especially from the Warriors — and we should easily hit the Over 53 in the first quarter. Game 5 saw 66 points in the opening frame, so this is definitely a good value at 53.

PREVIOUSLY: Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 5 Props

The Memphis Grizzlies are still waiting to know the status of superstar guard Ja Morant, who missed Game 4 with an injury. The Grizzlies were still almost able to pull off the upset in Golden State, but their inexperience was on display down the stretch.

The Warriors struggled to shoot the ball again in Game 4, and there is some value on some of their player props for Game 5.

Let’s dive in on my favorite props for this next contest between the Grizzlies and Warriors.

All NBA postseason odds are provided by Caesars Sportsbook and are current as of Tuesday, May 10, at 5 p.m. ET.

Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 5 Player Props

Klay Thompson, Warriors: OVER 20.5 Points (-125)

WAGER: 1 Unit

Klay Thompson has only hit the Over on this prop once in this series, but the shot volume is there. He is averaging 18 field goal attempts per game, and if he just shoots at least 40%, he should hit this prop because he is also averaging over eight three-point attempts per game as well.

The opportunities have been there for Thompson to have some huge games, and I’m banking on him to turn his shooting around in Game 5 and easily hit the Over on his point total.

Thompson should regain his shooting touch in Game 5, and that’s why this is my NBA bet of the day.

Andrew Wiggins, Warriors: OVER 5.5 Rebounds (-150)

WAGER: 1 Unit

I would play this prop up to 6.5 for better odds, but I think this number is too low for Wiggins. He averaged 6.8 rebounds per game in the first round of the playoffs and has increased that number to 7.5 rebounds in this series. Wiggins has been attacking the boards often, and especially when the Warriors deploy a smaller lineup.

Even with Steven Adams finally playing 27 minutes in Game 4, Wiggins was able to pull down 10 rebounds. Look for him to dominate the glass yet again.

Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 5 Game Props

OVER 56 Points in 1Q (-115)

WAGER: 1 Unit

Both these teams had a very ugly first half in Game 4 and could not find an offensive rhythm early on. They did, however, find their shot by the end of the game, scoring 68 points in the fourth quarter after only scoring a combined 79 points in the entire first half of the game.

I think both teams will feed off that final frame and come out firing to start Game 5. Back the teams to score Over 56 points in the first quarter.

PREVIOUSLY: Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 4 Props

After a couple of nailbiters in Memphis, Game 3 was a blowout as the Warriors obliterated the Grizzlies by 30 points to take a 2-1 series lead.

Can Memphis bounce back to even the series, as they did in Game 2? Or will Golden State take a commanding 3-1 lead with another win on its home court?

Let’s dig into my best NBA prop bets today for Game 4.

All NBA postseason odds are provided by Caesars Sportsbook and are current as of Monday, May 9, at 3 p.m. ET.

Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 4 Player Props

Jordan Poole, Warriors: OVER 20.5 Points (-125)

WAGER: 2 Units

How’s this for a trend?

  • Regular Season: 18.5 PPG
  • Playoffs Round 1: 21.0 PPG
  • Playoffs Round 2: 26.0 PPG

Poole just keeps getting better. He’s been shooting the lights out against the Grizzlies, sinking 58.5% of his field goals including 42.9% from downtown. Poole’s also been perfect from the charity stripe and has scored at least 20 points in all three games.

I don’t know why this prop isn’t higher, especially with the Warriors playing at home. Smash the Over here as our NBA bet of the day.

Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 4 Game Props

Grizzlies UNDER 106.5 Points (-120)

WAGER: 1 Unit

The Grizzlies will likely be without star point guard Ja Morant tonight, who is expected to miss Game 4 with a knee injury. That would be a devastating blow to Memphis, as Morant has averaged 38.3 points per game during this round.

While the Grizzlies played well without Morant this year, they haven’t gotten much scoring help in this series beyond Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr., who’ve combined to score more than half of the team’s points.

Against a Golden State defense that allowed the fewest points per game during the regular season, I’m taking the Under on the Memphis team total.

PREVIOUSLY: Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 3 Player Props

Draymond Green, Warriors: OVER 6.5 Assists (-150)

WAGER: 2 Units

Draymond Green had seven assists in Game 2 on a night when the Warriors shot 18% from beyond the arc There is no way the Warriors shoot that poorly from three in Game 3 in front of their home crowd, so Green should have a monster game in the assists column.

As long as the splash brothers and Jordan Poole are hitting their shots, Green will easily clear this total, which is why it’s my favorite prop of the game.

I would play this number up to 7.5 for better odds as well. and the line could very well move there before tip, so get in now with your NBA bet of the day.

Ja Morant, Grizzlies: OVER 16.5 Rebounds + Assists (-115)

WAGER: 1 Unit

Morant just missed hitting this in Game 2 with 16 rebounds + assists because he took over the scoring for the Grizzlies down the stretch. The Warriors will most likely try to force the ball out of Morant’s hands, which means he’ll have to play more of a facilitator role for the Grizzlies to win.

I think he will hit 10+ assists, which means 7+ rebounds will get us the win on this prop.

Draymond Green, Warriors: Records a Triple-Double (+1100)

WAGER: 1 Unit

Green was 3 assists shy of a double-double in Game 2, and that was because the Warriors couldn’t hit their shots. I love the Green assists prop already, and I don’t think he’ll have any problem pulling down 10 rebounds, but his points is where the issue lies.

The last time Green scored in double-figures was in Game 5 of the Nuggets series. I think the value is too great on this prop for a player who is always involved and looking to pass at all times. If the triple-double scares you, I love the double-double prop at (+240) as well.

PREVIOUSLY: Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 3 Game Props

Warriors Cover -2 1Q Spread (-125)

WAGER: 1 Unit

The Warriors are going to come out firing in Game 3 in front of their home crowd. They’ll want to set the tone early and make Memphis play from behind the entire game.

I think they’ll definitely have the lead at the end of the first quarter, so I love this bet.

The Grizzlies did win the first quarter in Games 1 and 2 but on the road it’ll be a different story. Back the Warriors to get out to a hot start.

PREVIOUSLY: Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 2 Props

We saw a lot of high-scoring performances in Game 1 with three players scoring over 30 points. Foul trouble played a huge part in Game 1 with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson each dealing with it and not playing their full quota of minutes. Jordan Poole came off the bench and carried the Warriors to the Game 1 win.

Let’s dive in on my favorite props for Game 2.

All NBA postseason odds are provided by Caesars Sportsbook and are current as of Monday, May 2, at 3 p.m. ET.

Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 2 Player Props

Ja Morant, Grizzlies: OVER 16.5 Rebounds + Assists (-130)

WAGER: 1 Unit

Ja Morant had 19 rebounds + assists in Game 1, and this number is way too low. He has gone over this number in 6 straight games, and a lot of those games he had over 20 rebounds + assists.

The Warriors will try to force the ball out of Morant’s hands and force someone else to beat them in Game 2. Morant could have 12+ assists in Game 2 and, in that case, would only need to grab five rebounds to hit the Over on this prop.

I would play this up to 18.5 and don’t mind finding an alternate line to get better odds.

Draymond Green, Warriors: OVER 2.5 Blocks + Steals (-120)

WAGER: 2 Units

This number is an absolute steal. Draymond Green is going to play this game with extra motivation after his questionable ejection in Game 1. Before being ejected, Green had 3 steals and 1 block in only 17 minutes of playing.

He has also gone Over this total in 5 of his last 6 games.

Ja Morant, Grizzlies: Records a Triple-Double (+475)

WAGER: 1 Unit

I will continue to bet this prop because the value is just too good. He was only one rebound shy of hitting this number in Game 1, and I think he will play more of a facilitator role in Game 2. He won’t score 30+ points in Game 2 but his assist and rebound numbers will go up.

I like the value we get with this prop in Game 2.

PREVIOUSLY: Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 1 Props

The second round of the NBA Playoffs is here, and we’re kicking things off this Sunday with a Western Conference showdown between the Memphis Grizzlies and Golden State Warriors.

The Warriors have obviously been here before, but the Grizzlies are new to the dance. Led by young guard Ja Morant, Memphis is an exciting, young team that showed off its offensive potential in its first-round victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Golden State, on the other hand, cruised by the Denver Nuggets in five games. The usual stars are still there, but the emergence of Jordan Poole has provided one of the NBA’s most dangerous teams with another lethal weapon.

With that in mind, let’s take a look at our favorite player and team props for Game 1.

All NBA postseason odds are provided by Caesars Sportsbook and are current as of Sunday, May 1, at 12 p.m. ET.

Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 1 Player Props

Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors: OVER 27.5 Points (+100)

WAGER: 1 Unit

Stephen Curry was his efficient self in the first round, averaging 28 points in 30 minutes per game in Golden State’s win over Denver. Now that he’s fully warmed-up and healthy, Memphis should fear what he could have cooking for Game 1 of this series.

Curry scored 36.3 points per game in three meetings with the Grizzlies during the regular season, shooting a combined 17-for-43 from three-point range. Clearly, the superstar guard feels comfortable firing away against a Memphis team that ranked fourth in defensive rating this season, which is a scary thought to consider.

Memphis does have a solid answer for Curry on defense in Dillon Brooks, who has played him historically well. But the game changes in the postseason, and now that Curry is playing alongside two additional elite shooters in Klay Thompson and Jordan Poole, he should get all the space he needs to get hot.

Look for Curry to top this total in our NBA bet of the day.

Ja Morant, Grizzlies: UNDER 1.5 Threes (-135)

WAGER: 1 Unit

At just 22 years old, Ja Morant is already one of the best guards in the NBA. However, if there’s one area of his game that still needs work, it’s his outside shot. That weakness was exposed in the first round, as Morant went 4-for-20 from three-point range against Minnesota.

Memphis doesn’t need Morant to shoot threes, and if he plays to his strengths, he won’t. The Grizzlies also have one of the lowest three-point attempt rates in the NBA, and the Warriors allowed teams to shoot just 33.9% from deep this season — the third-best mark in the league.

Golden State may want to make him a shooter, but look for Morant to seek out other scoring opportunities inside the arc.

Grizzlies vs Warriors Game 1 Game Props

Warriors OVER 111.5 Points (-120)

WAGER: 1 Unit

The Grizzlies and Warriors both rank among the top four teams in the NBA in defensive rating, but considering the pace that Memphis likes to play at, we should still see plenty of offense in Game 1.

Golden State scored 118+ points in four of its five games in the first round, and although Memphis limited Minnesota to 109.2 points per game in their first-round meeting, the Timberwolves still put up 130 points in Game 1.

It’ll be close, but I’m expecting the Warriors to hit the Over on their points prop today.
