Manchester United re-entered the conversation for finishing Top 4 with a crucial 3-2 victory over Norwich on Saturday after both Arsenal and Tottenham lost their games.
Tottenham stumbled at home losing 0-1 to Brighton and Arsenal failed to score against a Southampton team that had been reeling for the past month.
Tottenham currently hold 4th place with 57 points, but both Manchester United and Arsenal are right behind them with 54 points, but Arsenal do have a game in hand.
After knocking off Manchester City in the FA Cup Semifinals, Liverpool’s quest for the quadruple is very much still alive.
They are only 1 point behind Manchester City in the Premier League table and all they can do is win out their games and hope Manchester City slips up before the season is over.
Let’s break down this crucial match between Liverpool and Manchester United on Tuesday afternoon.

Liverpool vs Manchester United Prediction
This game should see plenty of goals from the Liverpool side as the Manchester United defense has been incredibly poor the past few weeks. United recently conceded 2 goals to Norwich who are the worst team in the Premier League this season.
Now they’ll travel to Anfield to try to get a result and keep their Top 4 hopes alive, but I don’t see that happening.
Liverpool have the chance to win the quadruple (Carabao Cup, FA Cup, Premier League, and Champions League) this season and they show no signs of taking their foot off the gas right now.
After defeating City 3-2 in the FA Cup semifinal on Saturday, they are riding into this contest with all the momentum in the world.
Liverpool will play a vital role for Top 4 as they play United twice before the end of the season and Tottenham once.
Liverpool vs Manchester United Match Pick
Liverpool 3, Manchester United 1
When the two sides played each other in October, Liverpool thrashed United 5-0 at Manchester United. If anything, the United defense has gotten worse over the past couple of months under new manager Ralf Rangnick.
United were without 5 first-team players in their contest against Norwich and manager Rangnick said the doesn’t expect them to return against Liverpool either.
That means Fred (hip), Raphael Varane (knock), Scott McTominay (foot), Luke Shaw (leg), and Edinson Cavani (calf), will all likely miss Tuesday’s fixture at Liverpool.

This is a huge blow for United especially if they miss Varane on the back line. Liverpool are the complete opposite as their team is the healthiest they’ve been all season.
If they get out to a quick lead in this contest I can see Jurgen Klopp resting players in the second half as they have the Merseyside Derby on Sunday against Everton coming up on their schedule.
Back the home side to easily take care of business in this contest.
Liverpool vs Manchester United Best Bets
Liverpool Win and Over 2.5 goals (-120) at Caesars
Wager: 1 Unit
This bet is a no-brainer for me. I think Liverpool will easily win the game and with the Manchester United defense missing some key pieces they should have no problem scoring goals. I want to take the Over 3.5 for the game but I believe this is the safer bet as I can see Liverpool winning this contest 3-0.
If you think that Manchester United can grab a goal on the road here, then the over 3.5 is definitely in play.
Cristiano Ronaldo Anytime Goalscorer (+200) at Caesars
Wager: 1 Unit
Once again, if you think United scores in this game then it’s going to come from Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo is coming off a hat-trick performance against Norwich and this is just tremendous value for one of the best goal scorers in the game.
If United want to finish in the Top 4 then Ronaldo must play to his best and I think he can get on the scoreboard against Liverpool. He scored a stunning free-kick goal over the weekend and is arguably the most in-form player in this game.
You won’t get better odds on Ronaldo to score for the rest of the season so I’m jumping on this value for Tuesdays fixture.
