The Pittsburgh Steelers (6-5-1) take on the Minnesota Vikings (5-7) this Thursday in a must-win game for both teams if they want to stay in playoff contention.
The Steelers will need to take advantage of Minnesota’s injury woes, as running back Dalvin Cook (shoulder) is a game-time decision and wide receiver Adam Thielen (ankle) has been ruled out. Look for Justin Jefferson to benefit as the clear focal point of the Vikings’ attack and Kirk Cousins‘ top weapon.
Let’s dive in to find the best Steelers vs Vikings prop bets for this primetime showdown.

Steelers vs Vikings Prop Bets: NFL Week 14 Prop Betting Picks
Justin Jefferson: OVER 93.5 Receiving Yards (-115) at Caesars
Jefferson is absolutely rolling right now, catching 32-of-44 targets for 577 receiving yards and three touchdowns over his last four games. Jefferson has topped 100 receiving yards in three of those contests after doing so twice in his first eight games of the year.
Now that Thielen is out, Jefferson should receive even more attention from Cousins. He matched his season-high in targets last week with 14 and could be poised to top that number here, so it’s hard to imagine him falling below this total with so much volume headed his way.
Jefferson is a superstar who is on fire. Keep riding the streak in this terrific spot with our NFL bet of the day.

Najee Harris: UNDER 72.5 Rushing Yards (-115) at Caesars
Harris has hit the rookie wall, rushing for just 133 yards on 41 carries over his last three games combined. He’s topped this number just once in his last five games and four times overall in 12 games this season.

You also have to consider that Harris does a lot of his damage through the air, as he’s routinely targeted around five times per game. Depending on the matchup and game script, he has more value as a short-yardage weapon for Ben Roethlisberger.
I expect the Steelers to play from behind here as road underdogs based on our NFL gameday odds, which could result in fewer rush attempts and more check-down targets for Harris.
Kirk Cousins: OVER 256.5 Passing Yards (-115) at Caesars
Cousins is averaging 279.4 passing yards per game, which is well over 20 yards above this number. I understand that Thielen is out and it’s a short week, but we need to capitalize whenever there’s such a disparity between the player’s prop and his production.
If Cook sits, look for the Vikings to go even more pass-heavy here. In Alexander Mattison‘s three starts at running back this season, Cousins has averaged 37.3 pass attempts per game.
If we project 35 attempts for Cousins at his season average of 7.5 yards per attempt, that comes out to 262.5 yards. You also have to like how this correlates with the Jefferson prop.
