Seahawks Win Both Halves (+380) at FOX Bet
Seattle should dominate this game start-to-finish. The Seahawks are mostly healthy and have a far more talented roster than Washington, especially on offense. Wilson should also be more comfortable in his third game back from the IR and might be ready to torch a defense allowing the fifth-most points per game in the NFL.
Seattle’s defense has been sneaky-good this year, yielding the seventh-fewest points per game in the league. Look for them to keep Taylor Heinicke and co. at bay, as Washington’s offense has been wildly inconsistent this year (21st in points scored) and is capable of being shut down.
Pete Carroll‘s team should come out aggressive here and look to build up an early lead after back-to-back disappointing performances. That’ll force Heinicke to throw more, which is not his strong suit and give Seattle’s defense opportunities to force turnovers.

Russell Wilson: Over 246.5 Passing Yards & Seahawks Win (+265) at FOX Bet
Washington ranks 30th in pass defense by DVOA and is facing a Seattle team with two star receivers in D.K. Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. Their biggest deficiency on defense is the secondary, especially at cornerback despite spending money in an effort to upgrade last offseason.

The Seahawks just lost starting RB Chris Carson for the year and have been extremely limited in terms of rushing options, which should mean more pass attempts for Wilson.
With such an appetizing matchup, this should be *the* bounce-back game for Wilson to re-emerge as one of the NFL’s best passers and put up a typical stat line for him.
Washington First To Punt (-110) at FOX Bet
The Seahawks are 2nd in the NFL in punts per game while Washington is 30th. This is fairly extraordinary considering their respective offenses but they don’t call Coach Ron Rivera “Riverboat Ron" for nothing.
Nevertheless, assuming that all eyes are on Seattle and how they respond after the last few weeks, it’s likely that they take a more aggressive approach here. Carroll is likely on the hot seat and needs this win badly.
