2021 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Week 11: Heavily Rostered Risers
A.J. Dillon, RB, Green Bay Packers (73% rostered)
The bruiser already was widely held on benches or played in flex spots before Aaron Jones (knee) went down, and now Jones is likely to miss at least Week 11. If Dillon somehow remains available in shallower leagues, dump a large chunk of your remaining FAAB.

2021 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Week 11: Top Pickups
Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, New England Patriots (33% rostered)
Stevenson stepped up in the absence of Damien Harris (concussion), chewing up 114 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns on 24 touches. That’s a lot of work for a singular Pats running back!
Of course, Harris may return in the coming weeks, and New England still values Brandon Bolden‘s work as the replacement for James White (IR, hip) in passing-down work.
This roster percentage only spiked because of Harris’ injury and likely should’ve been higher. Stevenson was enticing as a stash candidate for much of this season. Be careful not to expect that Week 10 line if Harris is activated — and don’t pay the FAAB price expecting that box score.
Even in a potential three-headed monster, however, the rookie could abide in fantasy flex roster spots due to his versatility as a between-the-tackles/goal-line punisher (6-foot, 231 pounds) and his adept receiver work.
And of course, if you have the room to pay up for the talent anyway, the payoff could be huge if Harris misses at least another week.
- Rhamondre Stevenson Week 11 FAAB Bid: $16 (stronger if RB need and FAAB $ count are high)
D’Onta Foreman, RB, Tennessee Titans (6% rostered)
When Derrick Henry (foot) went down with a possibly season-ending injury, Jeremy McNichols was the hot waivers target. Then, Tennessee inked veteran Adrian Peterson to a deal, and he scored a touchdown in Week 9.
However, Foreman looked like the most potent tailback in Week 10 while totaling 78 scrimmage yards on 13 touches, including a 39-yard catch-and-run.
Of course, the young journeyman averaged just 2.7 yards on the ground, so don’t expect any Henry-like stretches of plowing over defenders, but volume of any significant sort could pay off on waivers this close to the fantasy playoffs.
Peterson looked like the top goal-line back, but Foreman looks much fresher than the 36-year-old and looks set to rely less on touchdowns to scrape together flex-worthy potential for however long Henry is sidelined.

NEW - Wayne Gallman, RB, Atlanta Falcons (1% rostered)
Gallman was frequently on the field late in the Falcons’ Week 10 43-3 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, and Mike Davis looks washed. Fantasy football players looking for a desperation RB could go back to this well, as Gallman has at least proven capable to be an RB2 in times of heavy volume.
- Wayne Gallman Week 11 FAAB Bid: $6
NEW - Marcus Johnson, WR, Tennessee Titans (1% rostered)
Julio Jones (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve last week, and Johnson immediately grabbed the baton with a 6-target, 5-catch, 100-yard Week 10 performance against the Saints.
The 6-foot-1, 204-pounder should keep the No. 2 receiver role behind A.J. Brown, and for an offense lacking Derrick Henry, the Titans will at least keep their level of aerial frequency with Ryan Tannehill under center.
- Marcus Johnson Week 11 FAAB Bid: $6
Jamal Agnew, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars (9% rostered)
Agnew has seemingly muscled his way into the No. 3 role in this offense behind Marvin Jones and Dan Arnold (still probably sharing target potential with RB James Robinson, too).
The 26-year-old’s big-play ability broke through in Week 10 on his 66-yard TD run, and given the Jags’ offensive struggles in general with rookie QB Trevor Lawrence, they’ll keep looking to give Agnew gadget-like (Percy Harvin-like) touches on creative plays. He already had a 12-target Week 8 in his recent past to show how much they want to involve him.
His flexibility — enhanced that he qualifies as a wide receiver at many fantasy league sites — is enough to toss him in as a bye-week-replacement over the next two weeks against the San Francisco 49ers and (especially) the Atlanta Falcons.
- Jamal Agnew Week 11 FAAB Bid: $6
NEW - Olamide Zaccheaus & Russell Gage, WR, Atlanta Falcons (1% rostered)
Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) is expected to miss at least a couple of weeks. With Calvin Ridley already away from football to tend to his mental health, these Zaccheaus (two TDs in Week 9, seven targets in Week 10) and Gage (7 receptions, 64 yards on 8 targets in Week 9) could chip in for PPR-centric fantasy players.

2021 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Week 11: One-Week Streamer Plays
Throw a few FAAB dollars from Week 10 on these one-week streamer plays.
NEW - Cam Newton, QB, Carolina Panthers (17% rostered)
In Week 10, the newly signed Newton replaced P.J. Walker, and on just four pass attempts and three rushes, he scored one touchdown in each of those play types. Now, head coach Matt Rhule is going to give SuperCam starting reps heading into Week 11 as Sam Darnold (shoulder) remains on injured reserve.
That assignment? Against Newton’s former head coach Ron Rivera and his Washington Football Team — by many metrics the easiest matchup for opposing quarterbacks. Stream him for this one, but be prepared to keep him beyond this if Newton finds renewed life with this talented Panthers group of pass-catchers.
Daniel Jones, QB, New York Giants (30% rostered)
Coming off a bye, Jones gets the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday Night Football. While its highly skilled defense should sack Jones and force him into at least one turnover, Tampa Bay came into Week 10 ranked among the 10 friendliest defenses for fantasy points against quarterbacks — and let Washington’s Taylor Heinicke complete 26 of 32 passes.
