This weekend’s matchup features two NFC heavyweights moving in different directions.
The Arizona Cardinals (10-5) are backsliding into the playoffs on a current three-game losing streak after having led the conference for much of the year, while the Dallas Cowboys (11-4) are red-hot having won their last four games.
Kyler Murray hasn’t looked the same since losing DeAndre Hopkins for the rest of the regular season, and the Cardinals may also be without James Conner for this matchup.
On the other side of the field, Dak Prescott seems to have overcome his recent struggles, and the Cowboys defense is also firing on all cylinders.
Let’s dig in to find the best Cowboys vs Cardinals prop bets for this weekend’s NFC heavyweight battle.

Cowboys vs Cardinals Prop Bets: NFL Week 17 Prop Betting Picks
Dak Prescott: Over 276.5 Total Passing Yards (-115) at Caesars
It took him a few weeks, but Dak Prescott has finally gotten his groove back. Coming off a 330-yard performance (most of it in the first half) against Washington, Prescott will get a chance to take on a tough Cardinals secondary this weekend.

Though the matchup isn’t ideal, the Cardinals can be thrown upon. And Prescott has the weapons and recent form to take advantage of an Arizona squad that hasn’t been playing its best as of late.

Kyler Murray: Over 31.5 Total Rushing Yards (-120) at Caesars
Kyler Murray has been struggling without DeAndre Hopkins and has had to take things into his own hands as of late. Murray has rushed for over 50 yards in three of his last four games since returning from injury and will likely need to use his legs again this week with James Conner‘s status up-in-the-air.
Christian Kirk: Over 55.5 Total Receiving Yards (-115) at Caesars
Christian Kirk has been the main beneficiary of Hopkins’ absence and has seen an uptick in his targets over his last three games. He’s seen an average of nine targets in those three games and has turned those targets into an average of 76 receiving yards per game during that span.

The Cowboys pass defense is opportunistic, but they’re also in the bottom 10 in the NFL in terms of receiving yards allowed per game to opposing receivers. Kirk should be able to take advantage of his matchup this week.
Ezekiel Elliott: Under 73.5 Total Rushing + Receiving Yards (-110) at Caesars
Wager: 1 Unit
Ezekiel Elliott is still a solid player, but he’s not quite the weapon he used to be — especially with Tony Pollard getting more of an opportunity in the Cowboys offense.
Elliott hasn’t hit this total since Week 9 and has only carried the ball more than 15 times once since Week 9. While this total isn’t exorbitantly high, Elliott just isn’t seeing enough touches for us to feel good about the over here.
