The Buffalo Bills are heading into the 2021 season with very high expectations. A team that was one win away from the Super Bowl feels that by the additions they made in free agency and the draft, they may be in a position to have a better run this year than last. That would be a tall task for a team that went 13-3 and won their division for the first time since 1995, but the Bills believe they are the team of the future.
In the offseason, the Bills signed QB Mitchell Trubisky to a one-year deal. By doing this, they are taking a chance on a player who would be the best backup quarterback in the league, in my opinion. Josh Allen suffered an injury last year and Buffalo really had no valuable backup, so this helps the Bills.
Also, the addition of Emmanuel Saunders gives Allen another solid receiver opposite Stefon Diggs, as well as the signing of Matt Breida and several linemen to help keep Josh Allen protected. Last season, the key was to get Allen to the 300 yards or more in the passing range. When he was able to do that, the Bills were undefeated (9-0 includingplayoffs).
The Bills face the AFC South and NFC South this season. While that means the Titans, Colts, and reigning Super Bowl Champion Buccaneers will all be on the schedule, it also means the Jaguars, Falcons, and Texans will be on the schedule as well.
Bills 2021 Win Total Bet Pick
Bills To Win Over 10.5 Games in 2021-2022 NFL Season (-150)
I think the Bills winning 13 games last season, plus the addition of a 17th game this season, will lead to them winning at least 12 games this season. They still play the Jets twice a year, so that always helps too. Buffalo and the Over is the bet.
2021 Bills Record Prediction: 13-4
