Best Week 7 Parlays

NFL PARLAY 1

All odds and lines from PointsBet, current as of Thursday at 7:30 a.m. ET.

Three-Leg Parlay (+649)

Green Bay Packers -3.5 (-110)
Carolina Panthers +7.5 (-115)
Detroit Lions (+110)

Bet $10 to win $64.95

Green Bay Packers -3.5 (-110)

Coming off a blowout loss to the Buccaneers last week, the Packers are out for redemption. The Texans have played well in each of the past two games sans former head coach Bill O’Brien, picking up their first win of the year over the jaguars in Week 5 then taking the Titans to overtime last week in a loss.

While things are looking up for the Texans, the Packers are the more talented and better-coached team, which will make the difference. Look for the Pack to run the football down the throats of one of the league’s poorest run defenses with Aaron Jones, jump out to a lead and grind the clock en route to a convincing road victory.

Carolina Panthers +7.5 (-115)

I like the Panthers to cover at the Saints this week. While the Saints normally play well at home, they are no longer the team that can blow their opponent out at will as we’ve seen in years past. At 3-2, the Saints are very much human. They will get a Panthers team that has exceeded expectations this season and we are only seven weeks in.

Te Saints’ past three games were all decided by fewer than seven points. Meanwhile, two of the Panthers’ three losses have come by fewer than seven points as well.

Although I like the Saints to take care of business at home, the Panthers will keep it close in a Teddy Bridgewater revenge game.

Detroit Lions (+110)

While the Falcons looked like a team on the rise, picking up their first win of the year last week at the Vikings, they will come back to earth on Sunday facing a Lions club that has won two of its past three games.

Both offenses can put up points, but when it comes down to making a stop, I’ll give the slight edge to the Lions, which will be the difference in this game. Look for the Lions to win outright and keep their playoff hopes alive with a promising road victory in Atlanta. -Anthony Cervino

Best Week 7 Parlays: Stefon Diggs and Josh Allen's Bills should cover massive spread versus Jets

NFL PARLAY 2

All odds and lines are from PointsBet, current as of Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET.

Buffalo Bills -13 (-110)
Detroit Lions +3 (+110)
Seattle Seahawks (-186)

Bet $10 to win $41.65

Buffalo Bills -13 (-110)

The Bills are the biggest favorite of the weekend, but I don’t care. The Jets are arguably the worst team in football taking on a playoff team in the Bills. Buffalo already beat the Jets by 10 points in Week 1, and the Bills have improved — while the Jets are a total dumpster fire.

It’s almost as if Gang Green is trying to lose games….

Fire up the Bills minus the massive 13-point spread.

Detroit Lions +3 (+110)

It’s a parlay so what the heck. Let’s take the Lions on the road in Atlanta. Truth is, Detroit is the better team, and I don’t understand why they’re not favored. They’re probably going to win outright.

If the Lions come through here, we can also hedge before the third game here, which kicks off at 4:05 p.m. ET.

Seattle Seahawks (-186)

The Seahawks are arguably the best team in football, and they’re coming off a bye. Their opponents, the Cardinals, have to play a division rival on short week.

I’m only taking the Seahawks moneyline because I think they could win by 3 points rather than the point spread of 3.5, and I’d hate to lose by half a point.

Pauly Parlays is 16-8-2 on his Best Bets for the 2020 NFL season.
