Trevor Story To Hit A Home Run (+270)
The logic here is simple: Trevor Story is the best power bat the Rockies have. The Padres are starting the ghost of Jake Arrieta, who has an ERA of nearly 7 on the year. Story is 3-for-10 lifetime with a pair of home runs off Arrieta. The teams are playing in Coors Field where the ball flies off the bat. Add all those up and you’re looking at one of our favorite home run props all year.
Milwaukee Brewers at St. Louis Cardinals (7:45 p.m. ET first pitch)
Christian Yelich To Hit A Home Run (+450)
This is mega juiced up for a good player who’s having a down year. Now, let’s start against Jack Flaherty. Christian Yelich is 8-for-25 with two home runs off Flaherty. But I’m actually going to go a little deeper here. He has hits in 6 of his last 7 games, so he’s starting to heat up. Yelich has 3 doubles in his last two games and he hasn’t homered since July 18th.
I think Yelich’s starting to swing it well, he’s starting to get that power stroke back a bit, and I’m going to love it when he goes yard today at that +450 number. Let’s get it!
