My best MLB parlay today is a three-leg bet at +391.
The Phillies appear well-positioned to defeat the Marlins on the road. Miami is rolling with Cal Quantrill, who had his worst outing of the season earlier this year against Philadelphia, allowing seven runs without striking out a single batter over 3.1 innings. Meanwhile, the Phillies will start former Marlin Jesús Luzardo, who’s gone 6-2 with a 4.23 ERA over 14 starts.
The Orioles could be poised to pop at the plate opposite Rays righty Zack Littell, who’s given up an MLB-high 21 home runs over 14 games. Gunnar Henderson has done particularly well against him throughout his career, batting .467 with a double and two home runs in 15 at-bats. Even if Littell is effective, Baltimore may be able to rely on Dean Kremer (5-7, 4.99 ERA) to deliver a solid performance.
Finally, with Robbie Ray on the mound, San Francisco should be in line to take down the Guardians. The former AL Cy Young winner has been stellar this year, going 8-1 with a 2.55 ERA over 14 starts. On the other side, Cleveland is rolling with Slade Cecconi, who could have trouble against a Giants rotation that now features Rafael Devers.

With that said, I prefer the under at -106. Mize should limit the damage from the Bucs’ weak bats, but Bailey Falter can’t be overlooked here. He’s gone 5-1 with a 2.40 ERA over his last 11 starts, including an impressive seven-inning outing in which he held the Reds scoreless.
