Best NBA Bets Today November 19, 2021 | NBA Betting Picks Of The Day 11/19/21
Richard Janvrin is here with your NBA Best Bets for November 19, 2021 action. See our best NBA bet picks today.
While the Thursday slate only offered us six games, the Friday slate comes in with nine. A few of yesterday’s picks will be playing again tonight, so we will try to exploit that.
Thursday night was not kind for my picks as I went 1-2 overall, but the Denver Nuggets simply did not show up for their home game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
With that out of the way, let’s right the ship tonight and get back to making some money.
All NBA gameday odds and lines are current as of 10 AM EST on Friday, November 19.

NBA Bets of the Day 11/19/21
Oklahoma City Thunder @ Milwaukee Bucks, 8:00 p.m. ET
Best Bet: Milwaukee Bucks -13 (-112) at TwinSpires
Hearing these two teams by name would initially make you think the Bucks will win by a blowout. That may be true from past years, but this year has been slightly different.
Right now, the Bucks and Thunder both sit as the No. 10 seed in their respective conferences. The Bucks saw massive production in their win over the Los Angeles Lakers from Giannis Antetokounmpo on Wednesday night, and will host the Thunder in this one.
In their last seven games, the Thunder are 5-2, but they’re not exactly throwing up 110+ points to garner those wins. Four of those victories came against the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, Sacramento Kings, and New Orleans Pelicans. The only quality win came against the Lakers, who sit just one seed higher than them.
On games with one day of rest, the Thunder are 2-5 and average just over 93 points.
Giving up 13 is a bit much for this Bucks team, but this is a prime spot to fade a fraudulently “hot” team in favor of an offense that can post 120 at any time. In fact, on games with one day of rest, the Bucks average over 109 points per game.

Chicago Bulls @ Denver Nuggets, 9:00 p.m. ET
Best Bet: Bulls +3.5 (-109) at Twinspires
After taking the Nuggets on the Thursday slate, it’s time to lean the other way. Denver saw only four players score points through about three full quarters last night. Nikola Jokic cannot do it on his own.
Still at home in this one, the Nuggets are giving 3.5 points to a Bulls team that not only ranks 11th in the league in scoring, but also ranks sixth in opponent points per game at just over 103. Also, the Bulls rank second in field goal percentage and three-point percentage, as well as first in the league in free throw percentage.
The Nuggets are known for their defense and rank first in the NBA in points allowed per game, but their offense is problematic. They should pull out a slim victory, but I still expect the Bulls to cover, especially with the Nuggets playing the second game of a back-to-back. The Nuggets are 1-2 and average just over 101 points per game in these situations.
We also cannot ignore the one-day rest stat for the Bulls, where they are 7-3 and average nearly 111 points per game.
Chicago Bulls +3.5 (CHI @ DEN, 11/19/21)
Bet $20, Payout $38
Los Angeles Clippers @ New Orleans Pelicans, 8:00 p.m. ET
Best Bet: Clippers -3.5 (-112) at TwinSpires
The reason this number is only at 3.5 is mostly due to the Clippers injuries, but also because Los Angeles is playing their third game in four days.
Usually, you bet the dog against a team in this situation, but the Clippers are facing a Pelicans team that has just been atrocious this season. Without Zion Williamson, this team is lost in just about every facet of the game.
The Clippers hope to get Nicolas Batum (Achilles) back Friday and are counting on Terance Mann to be a bit more effective than his 2-for-9 shooting from the floor last night. Luke Kennard came up big on Thursday, but he has been streaky all year.
One factor to consider is the Clippers sitting Paul George tonight, given it’s their third game in four days and they’re facing a lesser opponent. But even then, I cannot take the Pelicans at just three and a hook. This is a team that can’t score and can’t play defense, ranking 25th and 26th in the league in points per game and opponents’ points per game, respectively.
The Clippers burned us Thursday, but this is a redemption spot.
Los Angeles Clippers -3.5 (LAC @ NOP, 11/19/21)
Bet $20, Payout $38
