Travis Kelce Player Props for Texans vs Chiefs SNF Week 14

Last Updated: Dec 5, 2025

With the Kansas City Chiefs facing a must-win game on Sunday Night Football, Travis Kelce will be one of the players expected to step up.

After all, he’s had some big games lately, including three touchdowns in his last five games. On the other hand, the Texans have a top-notch defense that’s among the best at slowing down opposing tight ends.

Given the tough matchup, it’s worth taking a deep dive into the Travis Kelce props available for Week 14.

Travis Kelce Prop Bets

All NFL odds used for these Travis Kelce prop bets are current as of Thursday, Dec. 4, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Travis Kelce: Over 46.5 Receiving Yards (-111)

Kelce has fallen short of this number in back-to-back games and now has a far more difficult matchup against the Texans in Week 14.

However, prior to that, he had a stretch of seven consecutive games with at least 48 receiving yards, eclipsing 60 yards in most of those games.

He’s too good not to make a meaningful impact in such a big game, the way he did against Houston in the playoffs last season with seven catches for over 100 yards.

Plus, since the Chiefs are finally looking healthy at wide receiver, the Texans can’t focus too much on just stopping Kelce, making this over my NFL pick of the day.

Travis Kelce: Over 4.5 Receptions (-108)

This is one of the best NFL player prop bets today because you know Patrick Mahomes is going to have a lot of faith in Kelce in such a big game.

On the season, Kelce averages 6.5 targets per game, and he could easily surpass that number in this game if Mahomes tries to force the ball to his most trusted receiver.

Kelce and Mahomes are typically on the same page, so he’s going to catch most of the balls thrown his way, which should allow him to collect at least five catches against the Texans.

Travis Kelce: Longest Reception Over 19.5 Yards (-110)

This might be one of the safer Travis Kelce props today. Even amidst the team’s recent losses, Kelce has had a propensity for creating big plays.

He has had a catch of 20 yards or more in five of his last six games. Even at age 36, Kelce still has the ability to catch the ball and turn upfield.

Even in the games when he’s only had three or four catches, one of them inevitably goes for 20+ yards, making this our favorite of these three Travis Kelce props.
