It’s time for the third round of March Madness with our Sweet 16 parlays. We’ve got a number of intriguing matchups between some of the best teams in the nation.

Read on to find my best bet, longshot, and same game parlay for the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.

With that in mind, let’s get right into our March Madness parlays for the Sweet 16.

March Madness Sweet 16 Top Parlay (-149)

WAGER: 1 unit • DraftKings Sportsbook

  • UConn ML (-600) vs San Diego State
  • Purdue ML (-230) vs Gonzaga

It’s been tough sledding so far in March Madness, so I need to see one of my shots go through the hoop. For that reason, I’m laying (-149) in juice on the Sweet 16 top parlay.

I’ll start off with UConn ML (-600) against San Diego State. The Huskies are the best team in the nation, favored by 11 points in this game.

It’s hard to see how the Aztecs (53rd on offense, per KenPom) can keep pace with a deep Huskies offense that features a terrific combination of strong guard play along with an interior presence.

I’ll finish off with Purdue ML (-230) over Gonzaga. We’ve seen the Boilermakers look terrific so far in this tournament, with a 39-point win over Utah State and a 28-point victory vs Grambling State.

Senior center Zach Edey is a monster on the interior, averaging 24.5 points and 12.1 rebounds per game. The 7-foot-4 center is going to cause a lot of problems for the Zags in this one.

After losing to No. 16 Fairleigh Dickinson as the one-seed last year, it’s clear that the Boilermakers are poised for a deep run in this tournament — they’re locked in right now.

March Madness Sweet 16 Longshot Parlay (+214)

WAGER: 0.5 units • DraftKings Sportsbook

  • Clemson +7 (-110) vs Arizona
  • Tennessee ML (-155) vs Creighton

The longshot parlay starts off with Clemson +7 against Arizona. Look for the Tigers to keep it close and put a scare into the Wildcats, perhaps even winning outright.

We’ve seen Clemson turn in some impressive wins this season, including a victory at North Carolina on February 6.

The Tigers play at a slow pace (237th), which is the polar opposite of Arizona’s uptempo style (15th). Look for Clemson to bring down the pace in this one, resulting in fewer possessions and a closer game.

I’ll finish it off with Tennessee ML (-155) in a tough game vs Creighton.

The reason why I give the Volunteers the edge in this game is due to their elite defense, which ranks third in the nation, per KenPom.

While Creighton is a well-balanced side that ranks in the top 25 on both ends of the floor, look for the Vols to do just enough to slow down this Blue Jays offense.

Illinois vs Iowa State Same Game Parlay (+190)

WAGER: 0.5 units • DraftKings Sportsbook

  • Under 146.5 Points (-112)
  • Marcus Domask Under 16.5 Points (-135)

I’m going with the Illinois vs Iowa State matchup in my Sweet 16 Same Game Parlay.

I like Under 146.5 in a battle of the Fighting Illini elite offense vs the Cyclones stout defense. Illinois ranks 1st in the nation on offense, but they’re in tough vs Iowa State (1st in defense).

I always like to lean defense over offense, which is why I’m banking on the Under here, especially since it’s at a relatively high number at 146.5 points.

I’ll add a player prop with positive correlation by going with Marcus Domask to go Under 16.5 points.

The senior guard is averaging 16.1 points on the year, but this is a tough spot vs the best defense in the country.
