The ‘Chat with us’ button takes you straight to the live chat service, where you will be connected with a live agent. But first, you need to enter your name and email, so the respondent can view your account details to assist you better.

Over on the FAQ page, you can view a list of topics, each categorized alphabetically. The topics focus on the most basic queries, so I recommend heading there first to see if you can resolve the issue without intervention.

Conclusion: Is SweepNext a recommended gaming site?

When I started this SweepNext review, the brand was still relatively new and had only launched in early 2025. In light of this, I can appreciate and understand that the site is still being perfected. For instance, while there are just under 500 casino-style games to play at the moment, I’d imagine this will increase over time as the brand gets more established.
