Pulsz Casino Cash Out Rules
If you received SC as gifts with a coin purchase, the welcome offer, or other promotional offers, you have wagering requirements to meet before your redemption.
Any free SC you receive through promotions must be wagered at least 1x.
You must also complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) measures. This process is completed through Pulsz Casino’spartner and can take up to five business days.
You’ll need to supply a current utility bill, phone bill, bank statement, or credit card statement. It cannot be more than 90 days old.
You must also upload a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, and a selfie of yourself holding that ID. All photos and copies must be in full color.
Redemptions of more than $2,500 take longer to process, and the total amount may be paid in installments. If you live in Florida or New York, winnings are restricted to $5,000 per spin, hand, or play. If you win more than that, the additional amount is removed.
There are also minimum redemption amounts for cash redemptions and gift cards, which we’ll discuss below.

There’s a 1x wagering requirement for any SC you receive from the casino.

The unplayed balance is the amount you still need to use in wagers to meet the wagering requirement. You can only redeem what’s shown in the “available for redemption" area.
