The NFL regular season is coming to an end soon, and to kick off Week 16, we have a key NFC West battle as the Seattle Seahawks host the Los Angeles Rams.
Right now, the Rams hold the No. 1 seed in the NFC, while the Seahawks, who also have an 11-3 record, are the No. 5 seed. However, these teams would swap spots with a Seattle victory.

Best Thursday Night Football Prop Bets for Rams vs Seahawks
All NFL odds used for these TNF player props bets are current as of Wednesday, Dec. 17, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.
Puka Nacua: Over 94.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
While the Seahawks allow a league-low 104.71 receiving yards to opposing wide receivers, Nacua will likely be the only Rams wideout who receives targets.
Davante Adams is dealing with a hamstring injury, and in situations where he’s not on the field, Nacua leads the team with a 25.4% target share. The next-closest wide receiver is Konata Mumpfield with a 7.7% target share, catching three of six passes.
The Rams’ passing attack will go through Nacua, their tight ends, and I also expect ample rushing attempts from Kyren Williams and Blake Corum.
Back Nacua to go over this number as your NFL pick of the day.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba: Under 20.5 1Q Receiving Yards (-115)
In Smith-Njigba’s first matchup against the Rams in Week 11, he made two first-quarter catches on two targets for 21 yards, barely going over this line.
That said, he has recorded 20 first-quarter receiving yards or less in seven games, including four where he had no catches and no yards. Three of those four games have come since Week 12, as the Seahawks’ offense hasn’t been playing well.
Since Week 11, Seattle quarterback Sam Darnold has completed just 62.3% of his passes for 1,171 yards, five touchdowns, and five interceptions. Additionally, Darnold has completed 54 passes in the first quarter, his fewest across all four quarters.

Davis Allen: Anytime TD (+700)
Finally, for the last of my best Thursday Night Football prop bets, I’m going for some deep value.
With Adams dealing with a hamstring injury, Allen is third on the team in target share at 16.7%, catching 10 of 13 passes for 74 yards. Ahead of him is fellow tight end Colby Parkinson (18.9%), who has three touchdowns.

However, the Seahawks primarily play Cover-3 and Cover-6. In situations where Adams hasn’t been on the field, and the Rams are going up against those coverages, Allen ranks second on the team in target share (22%) with eight catches on 11 targets.
While he hasn’t scored a touchdown, he’s getting targeted in situations that’ll happen in this game. At +700, it’s worth a small-unit wager.
My Three-Leg TNF Parlay for Rams vs Seahawks in Week 16 (+2800)
If you were to combine all three of my best bets for Thursday Night Football, you’d receive odds of +2800. If you were to wager $100 on this and win, you’d receive $2,800.
