Unfortunately, we could be in for one of the worst Thursday Night Football games of the season in Week 15.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who are 1-4 in their last five games, will take on the Atlanta Falcons, who have won just once since Oct. 13.
Still, there are plenty of best bets for Thursday Night Football, including three TNF prop bets that I’ll cover below.
Best Thursday Night Football Prop Bets for Falcons vs Buccaneers
All NFL odds used for these TNF player props bets are current as of Wednesday, Dec. 10, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.
Baker Mayfield: Under 218.5 Passing Yards (-111)
For my NFL pick of the day, I’m taking the under on Mayfield’s passing yards.
The Falcons primarily play Cover-3, and over his last four games, Mayfield has averaged just 3.6 yards per attempt against it.
Mayfield has thrown for 218 yards or fewer in each of his previous four games and hasn’t surpassed 194 passing yards during that span.
Bijan Robinson: 2+ TDs (+370)
I’m going a bit bolder here for the second of my TNF prop bets.
Robinson should get plenty of work in this game with Falcons wide receiver Drake London missing yet another game.
The Buccaneers have allowed a rushing and receiving touchdown each over their last two games, and in Week 1, Robinson caught six passes for 100 yards against them.
He has multiple ways to find the end zone, but this is still a quarter-unit wager at most, considering the +370 odds.
David Sills V: Under 2.5 Receptions (-131)
Sills has a 5.1% target share this season, and while that’s up to 13.9% over the last three weeks, he’s caught just six passes over that span.
Last week, he had zero receptions on four targets, and he hasn’t had more than two catches in any game this season.
