We’re set for the AFC Championship Game, with the Denver Broncos hosting the New England Patriots.

With a projected low-scoring game on tap, we have to choose our touchdown bets carefully. There’s a legitimate chance that the Broncos don’t even find the end zone in this game, since they’ll have backup Jarrett Stidham under center.

So, without further ado, let’s get right into the best AFC Championship TD bets for Sunday’s showdown between the Patriots and Broncos.

All NFL odds used for these AFC Championship touchdown props are current as of Wednesday, Jan. 21, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Best Anytime TD Prop for the AFC Championship

Drake Maye: Anytime TD (+235) @ Broncos

I’m betting that the Patriots are going to control this game, so I’m sticking with touchdown props for the road team, starting with Drake Maye.

While Maye’s rushing production was down this year compared to his rookie season, he still put up 450 yards and four touchdowns. The Broncos allowed Josh Allen to go off for 66 yards on only 12 carries, including a 26-yard run. Perhaps we can see something similar from Maye.

While Maye hasn’t scored a rushing touchdown in five consecutive games, we know that he’s fully capable. Think back to the win over the Bills, when he found paydirt twice.

With that in mind, I’ll make Maye one of my best anytime TD bets for the AFC Championship and my NFL pick of the day.

Best First TD Prop for the AFC Championship

Hunter Henry: First TD (+1000) @ Broncos

The Patriots are 5.5-point road favorites, so they’re projected to win this game. That means that they’re also more likely to score the first touchdown.

Hunter Henry has made a major impact in the red zone all year, scoring seven touchdowns. He has found the end zone three times in his last five games.

During the season, the Broncos ranked 24th in receiving yards allowed to tight ends. We just saw Dalton Kincaid put up six catches for 83 yards and a score against the Broncos in the AFC Divisional Round.

With that in mind, Henry should get plenty of opportunities here. Consider this wager with the top sportsbook promotions for 2026.

Best Multiple TD Prop for the AFC Championship

Rhamondre Stevenson: 2+ TDs (+750) @ Broncos

Stevenson has been the preferred back over TreVeyon Henderson during the playoffs. Simply put, the veteran has been more effective than the rookie.

Facing a Broncos defense that just got gashed by James Cook, Stevenson should have opportunities to find the end zone multiple times. He is a strong interior runner who has scored two or more touchdowns in two of his last four games.

What’s good about targeting Stevenson with this prop is that he also makes an impact in the passing game, scoring two receiving touchdowns in his last four.

While (+750) is a bit inflated, Stevenson is the most viable option for multiple scores in what will likely be a low-scoring game.
