The two regular-season meetings between the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams were split and decided by a total of three points.
If the NFC Championship Game ends up being that tight, the best option could be to make prop bets.
With that in mind, here are a few of my favorite Rams vs Seahawks props for the NFC Championship Game.
All NFL odds used for these Rams vs Seahawks player props are current as of Wednesday, Jan. 21, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.
Best Rams vs Seahawks Player Props
Matthew Stafford: Over 35.5 Pass Attempts (-110) @ Seahawks
Even if Stafford is dealing with an injury to his finger, that’s not having an impact on how often he’s throwing the ball.
He threw exactly 42 passes in each of the first two rounds of the playoffs, meaning he’s thrown at least 40 passes in four of his last five games. In fact, he’s thrown over 35.5 passes in six straight games.
Since the Seahawks faced the fifth-most pass attempts during the regular season, this could be among the safest and best NFC Championship Game props.

Kenneth Walker III: Over 19.5 Rush Attempts (-126) vs Rams
With the injury to Zach Charbonnet, there is no more timeshare in the Seattle backfield.
Walker is going to get a vast majority of the carries, especially after third-stringer Velus Jones Jr. gained just 10 yards on six carries last week after Charbonnet got hurt.
- Prepare for this matchup with our Rams vs Seahawks predictions.
While Walker didn’t have a 20-carry game during the regular season, the Seahawks averaged 29.8 carries per game.
Without Charbonnet as an option, Walker will get most of those, which should allow him to reach at least 20 rush attempts.
Kyren Williams: Over 72.5 Rushing & Receiving Yards (-115) @ Seahawks
This is my NFL pick of the day because it’s such a low threshold for Williams to reach.
Of course, the Seahawks are tough to run against, but that’s not going to stop Williams from getting plenty of touches.
He has totaled at least 15 receiving yards in each of his last five games, averaging 24.4 receiving yards per game during that stretch.
Since Williams has only fallen short of 60 rushing yards twice in his last 12 games, one way or another, he’ll surpass 72.5 total yards, something he’s done in seven straight games.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba: Over 6.5 Receptions (-121) vs Rams
Smith-Njigba had just three catches last week, but that’s largely because the Seahawks didn’t need to throw the ball, much less force-feed their top receiver.
They likely won’t have that same luxury this week, which is why I like Smith-Njigba to collect at least seven passes, which he did 12 times in 17 regular-season games.

In fact, he had at least eight catches in both games against the Rams this season.
With a trip to the Super Bowl on the line, the Seahawks will make sure Smith-Njigba gets the ball enough times to make a meaningful impact.
