NFL Conference Championship Player Props: Best QB, RB, & WR Prop Bets

Last Updated: Jan 21, 2026

The NFL season is down to just two games until the Super Bowl.

Granted, some key players are missing due to injury, but there are still plenty of bona fide stars and overlooked players in action this weekend.

After taking a close look at both games, here are my favorite NFL Conference Championship prop bets.

All NFL odds used for these Conference Championship player props are current as of Wednesday, Jan. 21, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Best NFL Conference Championship Player Props

Best QB Prop: Drake Maye: Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (+111) @ Broncos

On paper, the Broncos have one of the best pass defenses in the NFL, allowing just 18 passing touchdowns during the regular season.

But that defense has been picked apart by good quarterbacks, with Josh Allen throwing three touchdown passes last week and Trevor Lawrence also throwing three late in the regular season in Denver.

With plus-money odds being offered for an MVP candidate to throw just two touchdown passes, this is one of the best prop bets for the AFC Championship Game.

Consider this wager with our top sportsbook promotions for 2026.

Best RB Prop: TreVeyon Henderson: Under 9.5 Rush Attempts (-141) @ Broncos

It might be a stretch to say that Henderson is in the doghouse, but the Patriots undoubtedly prefer Rhomondre Stevenson right now.

While Henderson had 12 carries last week, some of those came when Stevenson was being evaluated for an injury. Plus, Henderson is averaging just 2.5 yards per carry during the playoffs, while Stevenson is gaining 4.7 yards per carry.

Look for New England to ride the hot hand, limiting Henderson’s touches in the AFC Championship Game.

Best WR Prop: Jaxon Smith-Njigba: 90+ Receiving Yards (-117) vs Rams

The Rams have a lot of strengths, but their secondary isn’t exactly at the top of the list.

The proof is in the pudding, as Smith-Njigba had over 90 receiving yards against them in both meetings this season.

Both of those games came during the second half of the season after Smith-Njigba had established himself as the top receiver in the league.

The Rams knew then that they had to stop him and couldn’t do it, so there’s no reason to think they’ll stop Smith-Njigba in the NFC Championship Game.

Best TE Prop: Colby Parkinson: Over 2.5 Receptions (-119) @ Seahawks

While easy to overlook, this is sneakily one of the best prop bets for the NFC Championship Game.

After three catches last week, Parkinson has at least three catches in seven of his last nine games. Equally important, Parkinson has at least five targets in six of his last eight games, so Matthew Stafford is giving him plenty of opportunities.

With the Seahawks giving up the fourth-most receptions to opposing tight ends during the regular season, Parkinson is among my best prop bets for the NFC Championship Game.

Best Plus-Money Prop: Jarrett Stidham: 2+ Passing Touchdowns (+288) vs Patriots

If you want plus-money odds, why not target what could be a great Cinderella story as your NFL pick of the day?

Obviously, not much is expected of Stidham, but it’s not that far-fetched to think he can step in and throw two touchdown passes.

While the New England defense has looked good the past two weeks, the Patriots were middle of the pack during the regular season, allowing 25 passing touchdowns.

There’s little doubt that the Patriots will load up against the run and force Stidham to beat them, so he will have opportunities to throw multiple touchdown passes in the AFC Championship Game.
